★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet cai sempre, em jogos há perda de pacote (nunca consegui jogar sem em mais de 1 ano e meio), atendimento responde quando quer.
Não contratem.
 Internet always drops, in games there is packet loss (I've never been able to play without it in more than 1 year and a half), customer service answers whenever you want.
Don't hire.

Estou surpreso com a qualidade do serviço que a Yep!Net oferece a um preço menor (30Mbit de download/12Mbit de upload por 80 reais, fibra ótica) em comparação à Netiz (10Mbit de down/2Mbit de up por 70 reais).
Fui cliente da Netiz por aproximadamente 8 meses, mas em razão de um problema técnico que não foi solucionado na minha taxa de upload, dificultando eu ministrar aulas remotamente, fiz de imediato a troca da Netiz pela Yep!Net. Uso o serviço do novo provedor há quase três meses e até aqui só alegria!

I am surprised by the quality of service that Yep! Net offers at a lower price (30Mbit download / 12Mbit upload for 80 reais, optical fiber) compared to Netiz (10Mbit down / 2Mbit up for 70 reais).
I was a Netiz customer for approximately 8 months, but due to a technical problem that was not solved in my upload fee, making it difficult for me to teach classes remotely, I immediately switched from Netiz to Yep! Net. I've been using the service from the new provider for almost three months and so far only joy!
Congratulations Yep! Net team for the excellent service provided!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet é excelente, tanto que estou tentando contratar para um outro local, porém o atendimento do setor comercial é péssimo e lento, liguei a um mês atrás falaram que me retornariam e até agora nada, liguei diversas vezes hoje pela manhã, e até agora não tenho posição nenhuma. A internet é perfeita e sem interrupções, precisando apenas melhorar o atendimento.
Em fim, contrate se conseguir!
The internet is excellent, so much so that I'm trying to hire someone else, but the service in the commercial sector is terrible and slow, I called a month ago they said they would return and so far nothing, I called several times this morning, and so far I have no position. The internet is perfect and uninterrupted, just needing to improve service.
