★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente eles não cumprem prazos de entrega. Meu pedido com mais de 60 dias sem retorno da loja! Nao recomendo, péssimo atendendo e muito descaso com o consumidor.
Unfortunately they do not meet delivery deadlines. My order more than 60 days without return from the store! I do not recommend, lousy serving and much neglect with the consumer.

Compramos 6 cadeiras para mesa de jantar, a vendedora disse ser de couro, entretanto, quando chegaram percebemos que era couro sintético, (confirmado pelo técnico que a loja mandou, um tapeceiro e pela nossa arquiteta), elas riscam com o simples fato de sentar, a loja não quer nem saber de trocar, simplesmente ignoram o fato, definitivamente não recomendo esta marca e loja, não há o mínimo de respeito ao consumidor.

We bought 6 chairs for the dining table, the saleswoman said it was leather, however, when they arrived we realized that it was synthetic leather, (confirmed by the technician the store sent, a tapestry maker and our architect), they scratch with the simple fact of sitting , the store does not even want to change, they simply ignore the fact, I definitely do not recommend this brand and store, there is not a minimum of respect for the consumer.
