★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o atendimento da Isabela, eu ainda não consegui realizar o meu sonho de comprar um carro por dificuldades financeiras, mas fui acolhida, bem recebida e com certeza numa oportunidade será com vcs que eu vou comprar.

Nem se quer quiseram ouvir a proposta, a vendedora educadamente disse que, Era Aquilo e Já Era, que não iam ouvir propostas. Então, firmo aqui que não são bons negociadores, enfim é uma avaliação minha e vai de vcs aceitarem ou não pq eu já comprei o meu carro em outro lugar, não estou aqui para ficar discutindo, desejo a vcs de coração boa sorte e que saibam avaliar as críticas construtivas.

They didn't even want to hear the proposal, the saleswoman politely said that, Era Aquilo and Já Era, that they weren't going to hear proposals. So, I sign here that you are not good negotiators, anyway, it's my assessment and it's up to you whether you accept it or not because I've already bought my car elsewhere, I'm not here to argue, I wish you all good luck and let you know evaluate constructive criticism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geralmente fugimos de lojistas por conta da fama que alguns possuem. Não é o caso da Alfredu"s Veículos, muito pelo contrário. Senti confiança desde o anúncio até o fechamento da venda e tive um atendimento pra lá de excelente da Isabela. Sempre cordial, prestativa e simpática, tirando todas as dúvidas e resolvendo prontamente tudo o que era necessário.
Loja recomendadíssima. Virei cliente.
We usually run away from shopkeepers because of the reputation that some have. This is not the case with Alfredu"s Veículos, quite the opposite. I felt confident from the announcement to the closing of the sale and had an excellent service from Isabela. Always cordial, helpful and friendly, taking all doubts and solving everything promptly what was needed.
Highly recommended store. I became a customer.

Comprei um Honda Fit e até então é só alegria. Respeito demais a equipe desta loja podem confiar são justos e claros com a venda desde o inicio sem surpresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente ñ posso concordar com esses comentários elogiando a loja. Tive a infelicidade de sair da loja insatisfeito. Fui comprar uma Van eles nao tem a financeira que aprova meu credito (utilitario com mais de 5 anos de uso nao é qquer financeira que financia) minha ficha aprovada no meu banco, eu com 40% de entrada e o dono da loja egoísta ñ permitiu pois ele ñ iria ter o retorno (comissão) da financeira. Mas nao posso deixar de elogiar o ótimo atendimento e honestidade da Vendedora Isabela.
Unfortunately I cannot agree with these comments praising the store. I had the misfortune to leave the store dissatisfied. I went to buy a Van, they don't have the finance company that approves my credit (utility with more than 5 years of use is not any finance company that finances) my card approved in my bank, I with 40% down payment and the selfish store owner didn't allow it because he would not have the return (commission) from the finance company. But I cannot fail to praise the great service and honesty of Seller Isabela.
