★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, desde a recepção até o médico, os enfermeiros são super bem educados mas o médico além de ser grosso faz pouco caso das pessoas, não sei como pode se formar pra cuidar de pessoas e na hora do atendimento tratar a pessoa como se fosse um objeto qualquer, infelizmente não existe médicos como antes ... Péssimos!! Vou fazer uma reclamação ao conselho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi a pior possível tratamento um lixo, o pessoal não gosta de atender, fui com minha esposa passando mau e falaram que ia atender só as 17:00 horas, levei ela em casa nesse período que garantiram que só ia atender as 17:00 quando voltei com ela não havia ninguém no ama falaram que só ia atender às 18:00, isso são palavras de uma enfermeira que não quis si indentificar. Quero uma resposta da secretaria da saúde em relação ao comportamento da profissional que determinar atendimento mesmo com o posto sem uma pessoa pra ser atendida. Quero urgente.
My experience was the worst possible treatment of rubbish, the staff does not like to attend, I went with my wife feeling bad and they said that I would only see her at 5:00 pm, I took her home during this period and they guaranteed that I would only answer at 17: 00 when I came back with her there was no one in the nurse they said she would only attend at 18:00, these are words of a nurse who did not want to identify herself. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me negaram atendimento,falaram que o médico atende 7 pacientes a cada hora,cheguei às 10 e falaram que até às 14 não tinha vaga, porém não era verdade,um descaso absurdo,duvido se fosse particular atenderia o paciente assim,falei que esperaria até às 14…falou que teria que abrir a ficha novamente,sem nenhum sentido...

Fui nessa ubs joaniza PRA fazer o teste da COVID, fui excelentemente atendida, pela triagem, enfermeiros, médicos sai de lá com todos os exames em mãos atém com o pcr no caso só pra pegar o resultado pois já tinha a senha 3 dias estava com resultados em mãos... Testei positivo para COVID... fiz o isolamento certinho, tomei os medicamentos, após 10 dias retornei ... Passei pela recepção depois pela triagem... E fui muito muito bem atendido claro demorou um pouquinho mas estou satisfeita... agradeço a todos pelo atendimento, e conseguiu ate marca o clínico geral...pra mesma semana nesse caos que estamos vivendo vocês estão de parabéns ... por todo carinho e respeito comigo ... ?? EU VENCI A COVID 19 ... com esses anjos de Branco. ?

I went to this ubs joaniza to take the COVID test, I was excellently attended, by the triage, nurses, doctors leave there with all the exams in hand, even with the pcr in case just to get the result because I already had the password 3 days I had the results in hand... I tested positive for COVID... I did the isolation correctly, took the medicines, after 10 days I returned... I went through the reception and then the screening... And I was very very well attended, of course, it took a while but I'm satisfied... I thank you all for the service, and you even managed to book the general practitioner... for the same week in this chaos that we are experiencing, you are to be congratulated... for all the affection and respect for me. .. ?? I WON COVID 19 ... with these angels in White. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes da recepção totalmente sem paciência e despreparadas para lidar com pessoas. Na triagem fui muito bem atendido, porém, fui atendido por um médico sem vontade nenhum de querer tá ali (Dr Leandro Mansur - CRM SP 210494) e fez pouco caso das minhas queixas. Mal olhou na minha cara quando fui atendimento.
Cheguei falando que tava a dois dias com FEBRE, TOSSE, CORISA, CALAFRIOS, DOR DE CABEÇA E NO CORPO e a unica coisa que ele me disse (sem examinar e nem se quer perguntar se tive contato com alguem que estava cmo COVID ou se morava com alguém e etc) que era apenas uma gripe. Me passou alguns remédios para gripe e alergia e me mandou para casa....
Não confiante no que ele tinha dito, fui fazer o teste no particular, adivinhem? Testei positivo para o COVID!!!! Aí eu pergunto... que irresponsabilidade pública é essa??? Imagina se eu tivesse ido para casa acreditando que era "só uma gripe"
E ainda querem colocar culpa só em governo (Independente de quem esteja a frente da presidencia...)
Na dúvida, façam o teste por conta, pois a vida de alguém pode estar em risco. Não só a sua, mas das pessoas que estão próximas a você e que você ama...
Front desk attendants totally impatient and unprepared to deal with people. In the triage I was very well attended, however, I was attended by a doctor with no desire to be there (Dr Leandro Mansur - CRM SP 210494) and he ignored my complaints. He barely looked me in the face when I went to the service.
I arrived saying that I had FEVER, COUGH, CORISA, CHILLS, HEADACHE AND BODY for two days and the only thing he said to me (without examining and not even asking if I had contact with someone who was with COVID or lived with someone and etc) that it was just the flu. He gave me some cold and allergy medicine and sent me home....
Not confident in what he had said, I went for the test in private, guess what? I tested positive for COVID!!!! Then I ask... what public irresponsibility is this??? Imagine if I had gone home believing it was "just the flu"
And they still want to blame only the government (Regardless of who is in front of the presidency...)
When in doubt, take the test yourself, as someone's life may be at risk. Not only yours, but the people who are close to you and who you love...
