★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro médico os pediatras são muito bons e as enfermeiras bastante dedicadas , exames de imagem ótimo atendimento também agora exames laboratorias que não é necessário marcação é péssimo, depois de tantos problemas optei por fazer só no Lavoisier do shopping Tatuapé.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é limpo e organizado. Mas os atendentes são muito lerdos. Demorei 2:00 desde que entrei, até passar no médico e ser liberada. Logo quando cheguei percebi que estava cheio, mas nem tanto. Peguei a senha e os atendentes não chamavam ninguém para conferir documentação e mandar para triagem. Isso que demorou mais. Depois que pegaram minha documentação, o resto foi tranquilo. É um. Lugar com boa infraestrutura e na necessidade vale a pena ir, sou uma ressalva: essa unidade não tem mais o nome Vitória, eles venderam. É "Amil espaco saude Tatuape" fazem exames, pronto atendimento e horamarcada".
The place is clean and organized. But the attendants are very slow. It took me 2:00 since I entered, until I went to the doctor and was released. When I arrived I realized that it was full, but not so much. I got the password and the attendants didn't call anyone to check documentation and send it for screening. This took the longest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior lugar para atendimento e espera. 4 horas esperando pra ser atendido numa sexta feira a tarde. Lamentável. Tinha que tirar raio x nem tirei. Fui embora pq eh impossível aqui.
The worst place to call and wait. 4 hours waiting to be served on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunate. I had to take x-ray or take it off. I left because it's impossible here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Amil precisa melhorar as instalações de seu ambulatorio do Tatuape. O lugar é pequeno, apertado, lotado de gente. As instalacoes sao precarias, poderia melhorar se comparado com outros servicos. O atendimento medico é basico, consultas qe deixam a desejar. Meficos que arendem rapido, nao ouvem o paciente, nao dao a minima atencao, nao investigam a queixa do paciente, sempre com pressa p despachar logo o paciente. Precisa melhorar muito.
Amil needs to improve the facilities of its outpatient clinic in Tatuape. The place is small, cramped, packed with people. The facilities are precarious, could improve if compared to other services. Medical care is basic, queries that leave something to be desired. Doctors who work quickly, do not listen to the patient, do not pay the slightest attention, do not investigate the patient's complaint, always in a hurry to send the patient away. It needs to improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dou 5 estrelas porque o médico Dr. Murilo Guarino foi o melhor que eu já passei, diferente de alguns que quando vamos nos atendem em 3 minutos e de má vontade como se estivessem ali trabalhando sem receber nada, ele é muito atencioso, escuta muito e tira todas as dúvidas! Não realiza a consulta de qualquer jeito (seria o mínimo mas SEMPRE que vou em hospital os médicos estão cada vez mais atendendo de má vontade). Cheguei com exames que foram realizados em outro hospital mas que eu nem consegui retorno com a médica para o diagnóstico e ele foi incrível :)
I only give it 5 stars because Dr. Murilo Guarino was the best I've ever had, unlike some that when we go they serve us in 3 minutes and grudgingly as if they were there working without receiving anything, he is very attentive, listens a lot and answers all questions! He does not carry out the consultation in any way (it would be the minimum but EVERY time I go to the hospital the doctors are increasingly attending unwillingly). I arrived with tests that were carried out in another hospital but I couldn't even get back to the doctor for the diagnosis and he was amazing :)
