I liked the store! And the service is very good! Today a girl who answered me at the cashier! Very attentive and she was attending and making packages by herself and still served me very well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todas as lojas de brinquedos, preços são simplesmente um abuso. Mesmas marcas são encontradas facilmente mais baratas na internet. Sem contar que vários brinquedos na loja simplesmente não funcionam, o que seria a única vantagem de comprar na loja...
Like all toy stores, prices are simply abuse. Same brands are easily found cheaper on the internet. Not to mention that several toys in the store just don't work, which would be the only advantage of buying at the store...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que a Bmart foi inovadora e trouxe para São Paulo novidades que antes não encontrávamos em nenhuma loja. Produtos importados de altíssima qualidade, preços justos e muita variedade.

contece que...na minha humilde opinião, eles foram ficando para trás. A PBKids foi para as compras, renovou suas lojas e ampliou sua linha de produtos nacionais e importados. Outras lojas vieram e infelizmente a Bmart foi ficando para trás.
O atendimento não é ruim, mas não sinto na loja do Shopping Bourbon um atendimento digno à altura que a Bmart já fora.
Ah, a loja precisa ser reformada URGENTE, pois está com a iluminação péssima, a aparência envelhecida e os corredores horrorosos.
Não deixarei de ser cliente, mas acho mesmo que precisa melhorar e MUITO.

I think Bmart was innovative and brought to São Paulo novelties that we didn't find in any store before. High quality imported products, fair prices and a lot of variety.

it turns out that...in my humble opinion, they were lagging behind. PBKids went shopping, renovated its stores and expanded its line of national and imported products. Other stores came and unfortunately Bmart was left behind.
The service is not bad, but I don't feel at the Shopping Bourbon store a service worthy of the level that Bmart used to be.
Ah, the store needs to be renovated URGENTLY, as it's lousy with lighting, aging appearance, and hideous aisles.
I won't stop being a customer, but I really think it needs to improve a LOT.

Trabalham com produtos de todas ou quase todas as idades. Vale a pena conhecer.

The toys are very nice from this store, only they are not so cheap being a little above average, but they have a very good variety.
