★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na portaria foi ótimo, em compensação no 5° tinha 3 atendentes , sendo uma sobressalente e as 3 não paravam de tagarelar, acho que faltava serviço pois até dancinha teve. A médica teve um bom atendimento porém atrasou 40 minutos a consulta.
 At the concierge it was great, on the other hand, on the 5th there were 3 attendants, one of them being a spare and the 3 didn't stop chatting, I think there was a lack of service because there was even a dance. The doctor had a good service but delayed the appointment for 40 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital não libera acompanhante, entendo a questão da COVID, mas é um hospital de olhos, onde muitas pessoas estão sem enxergar devido ao uso do colírio ou por algum problema no olho, eles falam que as técnicas ajudam mas estive no hospital devido a uma úlcera no olho, estava sem óculos, tenho 5 graus e fiquei sozinha! Eles chamam pelo visor o nome e uma moça que estava aguardando a consulta que me avisou que estavam me chamando pois não conseguia ler. Absurdo total.
The hospital does not release a companion, I understand the issue of COVID, but it is an eye hospital, where many people are blind due to the use of eye drops or some problem in the eye, they say that the techniques help but I was in the hospital due to a eye ulcer, I was without glasses, I have 5 degrees and I was alone! They call the name through the display and a girl who was waiting for the appointment who warned me that they were calling me because she couldn't read. Total nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou acompanhando minha mãe que tem consulta marcada para as 10:30, chegamos com meia hora de antecedência e ainda assim estamos aguardando o atendimento até agora (13:00h). Segundo a recepcionista ainda tem três pessoas na nossa frente. Não faço ideia de que horas minha mãe será atendida, mas tenho certeza que não colocamos mais o pé nesse lugar.
Informações confusas, péssimo atendimento e ar condicionado muito forte.
I'm accompanying my mother who has an appointment scheduled for 10:30 am, we arrived half an hour in advance and we are still waiting for the appointment until now (1:00 pm). According to the receptionist there are still three people in front of us. I have no idea what time my mother will be seen, but I'm sure we haven't set foot in this place anymore.
Confusing information, bad service and very strong air conditioning.

Ontem, liguei para tentar agendar uma consulta pelo Ipsemg (sei da dificuldade de atendimento e pagamento que vocês passam com ele). Fui muuuuuito bem atendida. Me disseram para ir na Urgência e Emergência. Quando cheguei por volta das 18h, fui muito bem decepcionada, desde o porteiro, até o atendimento com a Dr. Mariana. Super atenciosos. Parabéns pelo atendimento! Por mais empresas, assim como vocês! Sucesso !

Yesterday, I called to try to schedule an appointment through Ipsemg (I know how difficult it is to attend to and pay for it). I was soooo well attended. They told me to go to Emergency and Emergency. When I arrived around 18:00, I was very disappointed, from the doorman to the service with Dr. Mariana. Super attentive. Congratulations on the service! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado... tem que ter muita paciência. Mesmo que vc tenha horário marcado vc pode ter que esperar até duas horas, pois os pacientes de urgência são passados na frente. Além disso, nas cadeiras da recepção principal não possuem tomada para carregamento do celular (o que amenizaria a espera dos acompanhantes). Há uma torre de carregamento perto da porta... para vc esperar de pé seu celular carregar... muito prático realmente para quem deseja ter dor nas pernas. Caso seja seu primeiro atendimento neste local, vá com muitaaaaaaaaaaa paciência e leve um carregador portátil. Creio que deveria ter profissionais para atendimento de emergência e outros para atendimento de consulta. Tenho certeza que se chegarmos para consulta com atraso, não seremos atendidos.... mas podemos esperar por mais de 2 horas para sermos consultados. Falta de respeito, afinal, as pessoas possuem compromissos.

There is a charging tower near the door... for you to wait for your cell phone to charge up... very practical really for those who want to have leg pain. If this is your first visit to this place, go with a lot of patience and take a portable charger. I believe there should be professionals for emergency care and others for consultation care. I'm sure that if we arrive late for an appointment, we won't be seen.... but we can wait for more than 2 hours to be consulted. Lack of respect, after all, people have commitments.

Falta de respeito. Consulta marcada às 08:45, minha filha foi atendida 09:40. Com todos os procedimentos sai da clínica mais de 10:45
Alegam que não pode mais de um acompanhante por causa da Pandemia. Mas durante as mais de duas horas que fiquei aguardando, não houve ninguém higienizando a sala, os banheiros sujos.
Para um Hospital que diz seguir protocolos de segurança, está bem despreparado.

Lack of respect. Appointment scheduled at 08:45, my daughter was seen at 09:40. With all procedures leaves the clinic more than 10:45
They claim that they can't have more than one companion because of the Pandemic. But during the more than two hours I was waiting, there was no one cleaning the room, the dirty bathrooms.
For a Hospital that claims to follow safety protocols, it is quite unprepared.
