★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não entendem nem orientam nada sobre as bikes que vendem. Comprei 1 bike para o meu marido e com 1 mês de uso varias peças começaram a quebrar, sempre que íamos buscar auxílio na loja eles diziam que as peças estavam frouxas faltando manutenção, mas a bike era usada apenas para passeio no máximo 2x na semana. Depois da quinta peça quebrada em menos de 4 meses percebemos que eles não entregam a bike ajustada para uso, não apertam as peças e essas acabam danificando durante o uso. Tivemos um prejuízo com as peças além da revisão. Mesmo depois disso os problemas continuaram e persistiram. Procuramos a Bici & Sport e eles honestamente resolveram nosso problema!
They don't understand or guide anything about the bikes they sell. I bought 1 bike for my husband and with 1 month of use several parts started to break, whenever we went to get help from the store they said that the parts were loose, lacking maintenance, but the bike was only used to ride a maximum of 2x in the week. After the fifth broken part in less than 4 months we realized that they do not deliver the bike adjusted for use, do not tighten the parts and they end up damaging during use. We had a loss with the parts in addition to the overhaul. Even after that, the problems continued and persisted. We looked for Bici & Sport and they honestly solved our problem!
