★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti desrespeitado. Marquei uma consulta para o meu filho com quase 1 mês de antecedência com Dr. Raimundo. A atendente me ofereceu o primeiro horário do dia as 8:20. Chegando à clínica no horário indicado fui informado que ele só atenderia a partir das 9. Questionei o porquê me haviam oferecido o horário das 8:20 então. Com o olhar enfadonho, a atendente me responde que não sabia pois havia sido a Camila que tinha marcado e que no caso, eu poderia esperar, mas seria um encaixe, ou seja, ele não teria hora para nos atender. Me senti desrespeitado. Uma total falta de caso com um paciente, que marca um consulta com um profissional, se organiza para chegar na hora marcada e não é atendido. Minha crítica não diz respeito a competência do Dr. Raimundo pois não chegamos a ser atendidos, e sim a fata de respeito e atenção para com aqueles que estariam dispostos a se colocarem aos seus cuidados.
I felt disrespected. I made an appointment for my son almost 1 month in advance with Dr. Raimundo. The attendant offered me the first time of the day at 8:20. Arriving at the clinic at the indicated time, I was informed that he would only attend from 9 am onwards. I asked why I had been offered the 8:20 time. With a bored look, the attendant replies that she didn't know because it was Camila who had made the appointment and that in this case, I could wait, but it would be a fitting, that is, he wouldn't have time to answer us. I felt disrespected. A total lack of case with a patient, who makes an appointment with a professional, organizes himself to arrive at the appointed time and is not attended. My criticism does not concern the competence of Dr. Raimundo because we did not receive any assistance, but the lack of respect and attention towards those who would be willing to put themselves in his care.
