★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Notebook para troca de conector, não foi possível a troca por falta de peça e me devolveram faltando um parafuso na carcaça, colaram ela com alguma cola bem forte e agora não consigo consertar porque outras assistências não conseguem abri-la. Não me recordo de terem me informado qualquer nº de OS. Não estou enganado, colega, creio que faz 1 mês ou mais que levei o notebook a loja. Ontem, levado à outra assistência, me foi dito que estava bem trabalhoso de fazer a abertura da carcaça pois aparentava ter sido colada com algo e o rapaz decidiu não forçar para n correr o risco de danificar algum hardware.
I took my Notebook to change the connector, it was not possible to change it due to lack of part and they returned it to me missing a screw in the housing, they glued it with some very strong glue and now I can't fix it because other assistances can't open it. I don't remember being informed of any OS number. I'm not mistaken, colleague, I believe it's been 1 month or more since I took the notebook to the store. Yesterday, taken to another assistance, I was told that it was quite difficult to open the casing as it appeared to have been glued together with something and the guy decided not to force it to run the risk of damaging some hardware.
