★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento para exames muito demorado,ambiente de espera parece que vc está em uma lanchonete literalmente.Entramos na clínica e deparamos com um balcão de lanches ..Nao parece mais ser prioridade o bom atendimento que tinha ..Muita coisa em um ambiente só.

Mas a demora pra fazer o exames é absurda .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui fazer um raio-x que já estava agendado pela empresa para um exame admsional, as recepcionista me informaram que a máquina de raio-x estava quebrada. Falou para eu avisar na empresa, pois já estavam mandando e-mail para todas empresas para justificar. No dia seguinte o RH da empresa entrou em contato com eles, e informaram que os exames foram realizados normalmente e que nenhuma máquina tava quebrada.
Terrible attendance. I went to have an x-ray that was already scheduled by the company for an admission exam, the receptionist informed me that the x-ray machine was broken. He told me to let the company know, because they were already sending e-mails to all companies to justify. The next day, the company's HR contacted them, and they informed them that the exams were carried out normally and that no machine was broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma merd@ de lugar! Precisei fazer um ultrassom e marcaram raio x, no dia não tinha médico na clinica, me deixaram esperando 2 horas na recepção. Uma palhaçada, por ser particular um descaso com o paciente e na recepção ainda querem ter razão, as bonequinhas, princesinhas da cocada branca.
E pensar que a clinica já foi um lugar ótimo!
A fucking place! I had to do an ultrasound and they scheduled an x-ray, on the day there was no doctor at the clinic, they left me waiting for 2 hours at the reception. A joke, because it is a private disregard for the patient and at the reception they still want to be right, the little dolls, little princesses of the white cocada.
And to think that the clinic was once a great place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer exame de ressonância marcado para domingo 01/ 05 às 8 horas , fui atendida as 9 horas porque recepção passou os exames particulares na frente, não me entregaram as imagens , na segunda feira ligaram para estar repetindo o exame porque as imagens não saíram novamente fui fazer , hoje dia 10/ 05 fui retirar laudo e as imagens tive que aguardar uma hora porque não estava pronto as imagens , quando levei ao médico no IMOT o mesmo informou que não dava para analisar as imagens porque estavam distorcidas ou borradas , precisou fazer outro pedido médico e solicitar novamente a ressonância, fica aqui meu descontentamento , e destaco falta de respeito e ética , no atendimento sendo que estou com dificuldades de locomoção e passar por tipo de atendimento sendo que o convênio cobre , a Cedeco já foi referência no atendimento . Atendimento nota 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de uma hora aguardando para tentar agendar meus exames, e não consegui. Não foi a primeira ou segunda vez, vocês precisam melhorar esse tempo de espera. Temos urgência em realizar nossos agendamentos mas com esse tempo de espera fica difícil. Infelizmente meu convênio não ajuda e só consigo atendimento com vocês, se não fosse por isso, em último caso procuraria agendar com vocês. Melhorem, por favor!

Agendar ou não agendar, nao faz diferença nenhuma, tem que esperar por muito tempo.. td mundo aglomerado na sala de espera, esperando chamar a senha..se eu agendei, pra que senha???.. tem uma placa de teste de covid e aí?? As pessoas tem que esperar junto com as pessoas que vão fazer o teste? A pandemia ainda não acabou.. fui ontem pra fazer um exame que estava agendado e era particular, não fiz....falta de respeito.. tô fora, vou procurar um laboratório melhor..
Very confused!! Scheduling or not scheduling, it doesn't make any difference, you have to wait for a long time.. all the world crowded in the waiting room, waiting to call the password.. if I scheduled it, what password???.. there's a test board covid what's up?? Do people have to wait along with the people who are going to take the test? The pandemic is not over yet.. I went yesterday to take an exam that was scheduled and it was private, I didn't do it.... lack of respect.. I'm out, I'm going to look for a better lab..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento telefônico na demora em atender demora para agendar mais de 20 minutos na linha para ser atendida ....e quando somo atendida com péssimo humor de atendimento ..também trabalho em uma recepção de uma empresa bem conceituada em Mogi e sei como atender um paciente e o tempo de espera para realizar -se um atendimento .então minha conclusão e de péssimo atendimento da empresa de vocês e infelizmente só tenho ai para passar.
