Para facilitar a vida dos clientes, poderiam ir verificando e avisando sobre a quantidade de pessoas que tinham na fila para assim não PREJUDICAR as pessoas, além da demora em atender aos pacientes!
Acho que essa cultura de espera infinita nos consultorios deveria ter fim.
Outra coisa, marcar paciente a cada 15 min para não atender no horário, ao menos se a recepção fizesse o trabalho rir informando a quem pergunta, facilitaria muito
