★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estou chateado porque um lugar tão bonito,com um bom faturamento permite que seus pacientes e acompanhantes passem calor em uma recepção com ar condicionado quebrado a mais de um mês,isso é lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei as 19:30 , esperei uns 40 minutos, muita burocracia, ar condicionado desligados , calor enorme . Para completar errei na escolha do médico Dr. Emílio Lacerda , fiz tireoidectomia total ele nem para levantar da cadeira e examinar o local com o toque fez . Muito irônico e desumano , péssimo médico!!!! E ainda não acreditou no paciente (eu) quando informei que não foi feita a biópsia do tumor pois o cirurgião ( muito competente , infelizmente é particular) informou que não era necessário pois analisaram e junto com a punção completaram o diagnóstico. Resultado : pago plano de saúde caro e essas pestes não tem consideração pelo paciente. Para que é médico? dr Emílio NÃO INDICO !
I made an appointment at 19:30, waited about 40 minutes, a lot of red tape, air conditioning turned off, huge heat. To complete, I was wrong in choosing the doctor Dr. Emílio Lacerda, I had a total thyroidectomy, he didn't even get up from the chair and examine the place with the touch he did. Very ironic and inhuman, terrible doctor !!!! And he still did not believe the patient (me) when I informed him that the tumor biopsy was not done because the surgeon (very competent, unfortunately it is private) informed that it was not necessary because they analyzed and together with the puncture completed the diagnosis. Result: I paid for expensive health insurance and these pests are not considered by the patient. What is a doctor for? dr Emílio NOT INDICATE!
