★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim começando pela rampa de acesso não deixa frente livre fica carro de médico consulta marcada todas no mesmo horário minha consulta às 14 hs cheguei 13:30 hs são 15:15hs nao fui atendida ainda o primeiro deve ter chego as as 9hs crianças especiais irritadas pela demora isso é falta de consideração com o ser humano espero que pelo menos o médico seja bom todos na recepção declamando ventiladores desligado precisa melhorar muito.
 Too bad starting with the access ramp, there is no free front. It is a doctor's car. All appointments are made at the same time. My appointment is at 2 pm. due to the delay this is a lack of consideration for the human being I hope that at least the doctor is good everyone at the reception declaiming fans off needs to improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica péssima. Primeiro que o atendimento é por ordem de chegada, não tem um sistema de senha, tudo extremamente confuso e sem nexo. Proíbem a entrada de acompanhantes, mas lá dentro enche com os pacientes. Mas de fato o pior é a demora para atender. Quase todo mundo é atendido 1, 2 horas depois que chegam no local. Péssimo
Lousy clinic. First, the service is on a first come, first served basis, there is no password system, everything is extremely confusing and meaningless. They prohibit the entry of companions, but inside it fills with patients. But in fact the worst is the delay in answering. Almost everyone is attended 1, 2 hours after they arrive at the location. Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima organização, a consulta da minha mãe estava agendada para às 11h e ela só foi atendida às 12h35min, detalhe ela tem 78 anos. Um absurdo. Isso enseja danos morais.
O atendimento com a nutricionista não tenho reclamações, porém a consulta dura em média 40min, então é inaceitável agendarem consultas a cada 13, 20 minutos.
Bad organization, my mother's appointment was scheduled for 11 am and she was only attended at 12:35 pm, detail she is 78 years old. Absurd. This leads to moral damage.
I have no complaints with the nutritionist, but the consultation lasts an average of 40 minutes, so it is unacceptable to schedule appointments every 13, 20 minutes.

No answer, cell phone turned off and phone only calls. Nonsense. I had to pay for a private consultation and canceled my agreement that accepted this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no horário correto, logo atrás de mim chegaram mais 2 pessoas para a mesma especialidade, como sabia q era por ordem de chegada imaginei que iria ser atendida primeiro mas não, fui atendida depois dessas 2 pessoas, depois de mais de 1 hora de espera entrei na sala e fui atendida pelo pior médico q já passei na vida, ginecologista super debochado e grosso, falei 2 palavras e foi extremamente rude! Nunca mais
I arrived at the correct time, just behind me 2 more people arrived for the same specialty, as I knew it was in order of arrival I thought I would be seen first but no, I was seen after these 2 people, after more than 1 hour of waiting I entered the room and was seen by the worst doctor I've ever been to in my life, a gynecologist who is super mocking and rude, I said 2 words and was extremely rude! Never
