★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A baixa avaliação se dá pela nefrologista Dra Monica, péssima profissional que presta serviço na boa clínica que sem ela ganharia de 3 a 4 estrelas: perde pontos por cobrar lucro excessivo sobre os exames e por não ter um sistema integrado de follow up e padrão de atendimento a cães resgatados.
Qd resgatei o meu não fizeram o teste contra babesia e agora... no auge das sequelas a "profissional" se desliga do caso pq N foi consultada pela colega e por mim numa decisão devido a um erro de comunicação.
Escrevo ainda sob efeito do choque da falta de humanidade de quem se diz ultrajada por uma questão ética.
Profissional que tem mais ego que compaixão não merece boa avaliação.
 The low rating is given by the nephrologist Dr Monica, a terrible professional who provides services in a good clinic that without her would earn 3 to 4 stars: she loses points for charging excessive profit on the exams and for not having an integrated system of follow up and standard of assistance to rescued dogs.
When I rescued mine, they didn't do the test against babesia and now... at the height of the sequels the "professional" disconnects from the case because N was consulted by her colleague and me in a decision due to a communication error.
I am still writing under the shock of the lack of humanity of those who say they are outraged by an ethical issue.
A professional who has more ego than compassion does not deserve a good evaluation.

I have been a client of the clinic for over six years (since 2015). That's where I've treated our puppies since then. We always had great service. Like in the last few years, I'll be back soon!

Fora que eles possuem uma infraestrutura muito boa. Consigo realizar todos os exames no mesmo local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica, só estão interessados em ganhar o dinheiro, e não resolve o problema do cachorro, foi a pior clínica que já vi, a maioria das pessoas que eu conheço e que tem cachorro está reclamando dessa clínica, péssimos veterinários, lá é pra gastar dinheiro a toa.
Terrible clinic, they are only interested in earning the money, and it does not solve the dog's problem, it was the worst clinic I have ever seen, most people I know who have a dog are complaining about this clinic, terrible vets, there it is to spend money for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levo meus cachorros desde 2017!!!! Excelente clínica, com excelentes profissionais que sempre atenderam meus pets com profissionalismo e carinho. Quando eu precisei operar meu Pet eu estava muito nervosa, e a equipe cirúrgica foi muito carinhosa comigo me explicando todo procedimento como seria, isso me deixou muito tranquila sabendo que meu Pet estaria em boas mãos.

I've been taking my dogs since 2017!!!! Excellent clinic, with excellent professionals who have always treated my pets with professionalism and affection. When I needed to operate on my Pet I was very nervous, and the surgical team was very kind to me, explaining the entire procedure to me, which made me feel very relaxed knowing that my Pet would be in good hands.
I highly recommend!!!!
