Who lives in the Jd Bonfiglioli Region and surroundings, a great Veterinary Clinic with bath and grooming. Dr. Fred Great, professional, my mother's dog was vomiting and diarrhea with 1 day healed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligo para agendar uma consulta e foi me dito q a dra. PAULA não agenda aos sábados que é por ordem de chegada. Ok que horas abre a clinica? As 9? Ok mas não venha no primeiro horário que ela tem consulta agendada? Mas não foi dito que nao se marca consulta como ela tem???o outro pet é mais importante que o meu???? Como assim??? Discriminação????
I call to schedule an appointment and I was told that dr. PAULA does not schedule on Saturdays, which is on a first-come, first-served basis. Okay what time does the clinic open? At 9? Okay but don't come at the first time she has an appointment? But it was not said that an appointment is not made as she has it???the other pet is more important than mine???? Like this??? Discrimination????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cachorrinho passou por por um procedimento cirúrgico essa semana com a doutora Paula, tivemos um retorno hoje no sábado e ele estava um pouco desconfortável (questão dos pontos, roupinha cirúrgica, etc) ela prontamente deu preferência a ele o que facilitou muito e evitou muito estresse, atitude muito querida! Sei que os atendimentos são por ordem de chegada mas existem exceções... Muito obrigado a todos da equipe, indico de olhos fechados!
My puppy underwent a surgical procedure this week with Dr. Paula, we had a return today on Saturday and he was a little uncomfortable (issue of stitches, surgical clothes, etc.) she promptly preferred him, which made it much easier and avoided a lot. stress, very dear attitude! I know that the services are in order of arrival, but there are exceptions... Thank you very much to everyone on the team, I indicate with my eyes closed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que me mudei para a região troquei duas vezes de veterinário até chegar a esta clínica, finalmente fomos atendidos como queríamos, a Dra Paula e o Dr Fred são muito amorosos e cuidadosos com os bichinhos.
Nós tutores olhamos para eles como filhos enquanto alguns veterinário parecem olhar para eles como mais uma obrigação do dia.
Sou muito grata pela atenção e carinho que eles tem com os nossos bichinhos. Não só eles como toda a equipe que trabalha com eles.
Clima acolhedor para nós e para os pets.

Since I moved to the region, I changed my veterinarian twice before arriving at this clinic, we were finally treated as we wanted, Dr Paula and Dr Fred are very loving and careful with the animals.
We tutors look at them like kids while some vets seem to look at them as more of a daily chore.
I am very grateful for the attention and affection they have with our pets. Not only them, but the entire team that works with them.
Welcoming atmosphere for us and pets.
