MINHA GATA MORREU APÓS 2 DIAS DE CIRURGIA.
TENTEI CONTATO COM A CLINICA ANTES DO FACELIMENTO PQ ELA ESTAVA GEMENDO MUITO E A RESPOSTA FOI DAR NOVALGINA E OBSERVAR.
MAS NÃO SE PREOCUPEM PQ PARA DAR UM JEITO NO CORPO DEPOIS DA MORTE ELES TEM SOLUÇÃO!!!!

MY CAT DIED AFTER 2 DAYS OF SURGERY.
I TRIED TO CONTACT THE CLINIC BEFORE THE FACELATION BECAUSE SHE WAS MOANING A LOT AND THE RESPONSE WAS GIVE NOVALGINA AND OBSERVE.
BUT DON'T WORRY PQ TO GIVE YOUR BODY A WAY AFTER DEATH THEY HAVE A SOLUTION!!!!

Está Dr. Leticia péssima, acho que trabalha por dinheiro... levei um gato que até quem é leigo percebia que algo tinha de errado no seu rabinho.
A Dr. mal examinou e ao deu uma medicação e logo depois levando em outro veterinário, tivemos que amputar o seu rabinho....
Um descaso... um absurdo... não levo mais neste local..

Dr. Leticia is terrible, I think he works for money... I took a cat that even those who are laymen could see that something was wrong with its tail.
The Dr. barely examined and gave a medication and soon after taking it to another veterinarian, we had to amputate her tail....
A negligence... an absurdity... I don't take it anymore in this place...

Até os veterinários: Dra. Letícia muito carinhosa, atenciosa, uma ótima profissional, sempre tenta fazer o possível para ajudar e tem um amor enorme pelos animais.
Dr. Elisson o melhor veterinário que já conheci, muito carinhoso com os animais, faz questão de esclarecer e tirar todas as dúvidas, as consultas são muito detalhadas e didáticas para os tutores! Uma inspiração profissional para mim!!
Além de ser estagiária da clínica também sou cliente e tenho toda certeza de que eu (como estagiária) e meus pets não poderíamos estar em mãos melhores, todos me ensinam de mais e sou eternamente grata!!

Even the veterinarians: Dr. Letícia very affectionate, caring, a great professional, always trying to do her best to help and has a huge love for animals.
Dr. Elisson, the best veterinarian I've ever met, very affectionate with animals, makes a point of clarifying and clearing all doubts, the consultations are very detailed and didactic for the tutors! A professional inspiration for me!!
In addition to being an intern at the clinic, I'm also a client and I'm absolutely sure that I (as an intern) and my pets couldn't be in better hands, everyone teaches me a lot and I'm eternally grateful!!

No dia 10/01 minha esposa chegou lá com um dos meus gatinhos com muita dor e falta de ar. Ela ficou 1h30 na fila para ouvir que o caso dele era grave e que não teriam equipamento para atendê-lo. Recomendaram uma lista de hospitais que poderiam atender ele. Eu fui buscá-la e fomos a uma das clinicas recomendadas, mas ao contrário do que nos passaram, lá também não tinham como nos atender. Deram a ele um analgésico forte e nos indicaram um hospital de confiança.
Ficamos quase um hora procurando o lugar para que pudessem cuidar do meu gatinho.
Na madrugada do dia 11/01 ele faleceu devido a uma parada cardíaca. Se tivessem feito uma triagem saberiam que o caso dele era de urgência e poderiam nos indicar outro hospital uma hora antes. Além disso poderiam ligar na clinica para confirmar se eles fariam o procedimento antes de nos mandarem para lá. Isso causou a ele mais de 2h de dor dentro de uma caixinha abafada.
Me senti extremamente desrespeitado.
Espero que mais nenhum animalzinho precise passar por isso.
I've always taken my cats there, but I won't be returning.
On 01/10 my wife arrived there with one of my kittens with a lot of pain and shortness of breath. She was in line for an hour and a half to hear that his case was serious and that they would not have the equipment to attend to him. They recommended a list of hospitals that could see him. I went to pick her up and we went to one of the recommended clinics, but contrary to what we were told, there was no way to attend to us there either. They gave him a strong painkiller and referred us to a reliable hospital.
We spent almost an hour looking for the place so they could take care of my kitten.
In the early hours of 01/11 he died due to cardiac arrest. If they had done a triage they would have known that his case was urgent and could refer us to another hospital an hour earlier. In addition, they could call the clinic to confirm that they would do the procedure before sending us there. This caused him more than 2 hours of pain inside a stuffy box.
I felt extremely disrespected.
I hope no other little animals have to go through this.
