★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da recepção,mal educadas e grosseiras. O veterinário de pouco papo...poderiam acolher quem chega com mais empatia e humanidade. Não paguei barato, só pq não tinha outra opção pra ir,pagaria o dobro pra ser bem recepcionada.
 I didn't like the reception, rude and rude. The vet of little talk... they could welcome those who arrive with more empathy and humanity. I didn't pay cheap, just because I had no other option to go, I would pay twice as much to be well received.

Os serviços oferecidos são completos desde a consulta até exames de laboratório e outros. Também oferece serviços de banho e tosa. E a clínica é um ambiente muito agradável limpo e diferenciado. Por fim é uma clínica onde seu bichinho vai ser muito bem atendido.
Excellent veterinary clinic that is also an emergency room and hospital. The professionals are very attentive and dedicated. The services offered are complete from consultation to laboratory tests and others. It also offers bathing and grooming services. And the clinic is a very nice clean and differentiated environment. Finally, it is a clinic where your pet will be very well taken care of.

Tive duas experiências com dois animais diferentes, em ambas foram me passados prognósticos ruins, sugestivos de casos impossíveis de serem resolvidos e sem tratamento. Em ambas as vezes levei em outra clínica para buscar outra solução e nas duas situações obtive suporte, prognósticos favoráveis e clareza dos profissionais. Sugiro mais humanidade, profissionalismo e atenção da equipe da Cliveter, não adianta reformar a estrutura e continuar com a mesma atuação profissional medíocre, desorganizada e desumana dos veterinários. Em outras palavras, açougueiros!
Great structure, incompetent professionals. I had two experiences with two different animals, in both I was given bad prognoses, suggestive of cases that were impossible to solve and without treatment. Both times I took it to another clinic to look for another solution and in both situations I got support, favorable prognoses and clarity from the professionals. I suggest more humanity, professionalism and attention from the Cliveter team, it's no use reforming the structure and continuing with the same mediocre, disorganized and inhumane professional performance of the veterinarians. In other words, butchers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cachorro já chegou morto ao local após um atropelamento, porém ele teve toda a atenção merecida o veterinário o examinou e tentou algumas manobras para testar alguma possível reação. A dor é imensa da perda porém sei que tentaram fazer o possível pelo meu bebê.
My dog has already arrived dead at the scene after being hit by a car, but he had all the attention he deserved, the vet examined him and tried some maneuvers to test any possible reaction. The pain is immense from the loss but I know they tried to do everything possible for my baby.
