★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É cilada. Troquei minha bateria com eles, veio ruim (acabando muito rápido e desligando em torno de 20%). Falei com eles e pediram pra levar e deixar o celular pra análise. Falaram que tava normal, e eu pelo menos pedi pra desfazer o serviço e devolverem o dinheiro, o que foi negado. Estou acionando eles judicialmente.
Acredito que tenham agido de má fé.
Ps: A marca tem péssima avaliação no reclame aqui também! Fujam desse lugar!
It's a trap. I swapped my battery with them, it came out bad (burning out very fast and shutting down around 20%). I spoke with them and they asked to take and leave the cell phone for analysis. They said it was normal, and I at least asked to undo the service and return the money, which was denied. I'm suing them in court.
I believe they acted in bad faith.
Ps: The brand has a bad rating in the advertisement here too! Run away from this place!
