★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente Dani é um amor de pessoa. Após muita espera, fui encaminhada para uma sala de procedimentos para ser prontamente atendida, lá fiquei mais de meia hora esperando pelo médico. Este, resolveu atender outro paciente enquanto eu já estava encaminhada. A minha maior chateação foi quando finalmente chegou na sala, não se deu ao trabalho nem de se desculpar.
The attendant Dani is a love of person. After much waiting, I was referred to a procedure room to be promptly attended, where I spent more than half an hour waiting for the doctor. This one decided to see another patient while I was already referred. My biggest annoyance was when she finally arrived in the room, she didn't even bother to apologize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamos, com muita dificuldade, 585 reais para fazer um exame importante no meu pai, fomos atendidos com meia hora de atraso (quase no fim do expediente). O urologista pulou uma etapa do exame, no fim não conseguiu fazer o procedimento, saiu às pressas do local e cobrou o valor integral, tendo ainda a coragem de sugerir outro procedimento de 1500 reais. No fim das contas, a sonda urinária não foi recolocada e o meu pai (que está altamente debilitado) e minha mãe tiveram que passar a madrugada inteira no HGF sentados em cadeiras, tendo o meu pai desmaiado duas vezes nesse período. O motivo pelo qual o procedimento não deu certo é um mistério, pois em outra ocasião, o mesmo urologista, no IJF, o fez rapidamente e com facilidade. Estou horrorizado com tamanha falta de ética...
We paid, with great difficulty, 585 reais to do an important exam on my father, we were seen half an hour late (almost at the end of the day). The urologist skipped a stage of the exam, in the end he was unable to perform the procedure, he left the place in a hurry and charged the full amount, still having the courage to suggest another procedure of 1500 reais. In the end, the urinary catheter was not replaced and my father (who is highly debilitated) and my mother had to spend the whole night at the HGF sitting on chairs, with my father passing out twice during this period. Why the procedure failed is a mystery, as on another occasion, the same urologist at the IJF did it quickly and easily. I am appalled at such a lack of ethics...
