Delicada a situação, bem que fique claro que a minha avaliação negativa se dá não pela questão da entrega, mas pelo inverdade da informação disposta no aplicativo.
 Tracking a certain delivery in the mail application, I saw that at 16;16 it reads "it left with delivery to the recipient" and then at 16:24 it reads "not attended to"
The situation is delicate, but it is clear that my negative assessment is not due to the issue of delivery, but because of the untruth of the information provided in the application.
