★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crocs são ótimas, leves, fácil de limpar e muito bonitas. Meus filhos adoram as com temas de personagens e as usam para todos os lugares. A loja é muito bonita e iluminada, os produtos são bem organizados, os profissionais são bem educados, receptivos e sempre estão de bom humor e dispostos a ajudar. Duráveis.
Crocs are great, light, easy to clean and very beautiful. My kids love character-themed ones and use them everywhere. The store is very beautiful and bright, the products are well organized, the professionals are well educated, responsive and always in a good mood and willing to help. Durable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja padrão da franquia. Preço justo nos produtos comercializados. Boa limpeza e organização. Vendedoras com boa vontade em atender e apresentar os produtos. Infelizmente nem todas as peças possuíam todos os tamanhos (acredito ser culpa da pandemia que prejudica a reposição de estoque)
Standard franchise store. Fair price on marketed products. Good cleaning and organization. Saleswomen with goodwill to attend and present the products. Unfortunately, not all pieces had all sizes (I believe it is the fault of the pandemic that hinders stock replenishment)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto à variedade de produtos ela realmente existe. No entanto, para crianças não tem disponibilidade dos modelos em todos os números. As vendedoras atendem muito bem. Exceto quando você retorna para troca com vendedora que não te vendeu. Elas fingem que você não existe. Apenas 1 vendedora no final de semana para atender a demanda não é suficiente. Ou, se a gerente fosse realmente da área comercial, talvez não seria necessário. A gerente é muito seca, não é simpática e, inclusive, é grossa com as vendedoras na frente do cliente. É a primeira vez que compro a marca. Não gostei do atendimento.
As for the variety of products, it really exists. However, for children, models are not available in all numbers. Sellers serve very well. Except when you return to exchange with a seller who didn't sell you. They pretend you don't exist. Just 1 salesperson on the weekend to meet demand is not enough. Or, if the manager were really from the commercial area, maybe it wouldn't be necessary. The manager is very dry, not friendly and even rude to the salespeople in front of the customer. It's the first time I buy the brand. I didn't like the service.

Small store but stocked with all the brand's products and models. Some models of pins (to fix in crocs holes) were not available the day I went. Good service.
