Levei meu filho (na época com 6 meses) pra fazer o exame fundo de olho que a pediatra pediu... Chegando lá o médico disse que não havia necessidade de fazer pq era um incômodo muito grande pra ele que era muito novinho e que só fazia a partir de 1 ano... Foi muito atencioso e eu achei o máximo, aí levei o papel que ele me deu, dizendo tudo isso, pra pediatra dele ver e foi aí que ela me falou que ele no papel disse que havia feito o exame e que estava tudo normal ??????
Como assim??? Não fez o exame, mentiu dizendo que fez e não me reembolsaram o valor pago. Um absurdo! Não recomendo!

Like this??? He didn't take the exam, he lied saying he did and they didn't refund me the amount paid. Nonsense! I do not recommend!

O consultório abre às 08:30 por conta do horário do prédio e você precisa chegar antes das 7h para se consultar o horário que o médico chega (por volta das 9h - 9:30 - isso vai depender muito). Prepare-se para se dedicar um dia inteiro por uma consulta! Meu caso foi que cheguei às 9h e era a última a ser atendida, a secretária me ligaria assim que fosse minha vez e às 14:30 quando cheguei simplesmente passaram uma pessoa na minha frente. Esse é o retrato da falta de respeito e empatia pelo próximo!

Get ready to devote an entire day to a consultation! My case was that I arrived at 9 am and was the last to be answered, the secretary would call me as soon as it was my turn and at 2:30 pm when I arrived, someone just passed me. Isso, de fato, faz com que o esquema de consultas não funcione tão bem, já que os atendimentos demoram e é feito por hora de chegada. Para ser atendido, às vezes, o paciente precisa dedicar o seu dia ao atendimento — o que não aconteceria se fosse hora marcada.
Se fosse pelo processo de agendamento, eu não daria 5 estrelas, porque a espera é algo, realmente, compromete toda a nossa agenda. Porém, estou aqui avaliando o oftalmologista Roberto Delgado, e sobre ele não tenho nada do que reclamar. Na verdade, é o único oftalmo que me passa segurança. Me consulto com ele há anos.
The Doctor. Roberto is a great professional, careful, detail-oriented and dedicated to deeply investigating patient issues. This, in fact, makes the query scheme not work so well, since the calls take a long time and are done by arrival time. To be attended, sometimes, the patient needs to dedicate his day to the service - which would not happen if it was an appointment.
If it was for the scheduling process, I wouldn't give it 5 stars, because the wait is something that really compromises our entire schedule. However, I am here evaluating the ophthalmologist Roberto Delgado, and I have nothing to complain about. In fact, it's the only ophthalmologist that gives me confidence. I have consulted with him for years.

Explicou tudo nos mínimos detalhes, foi atencioso e não corre com a consulta como muitos médicos de plano fazem. Dedicou tempo e paciência em todo atendimento que durou mais de 2h. Se vc quer investigar algo a fundo, é o médico certo. Agora, se vc quer ser atendido em 5 minutos para pegar uma receita, não é o cara.

He dedicated time and patience in every service that lasted more than 2 hours. If you want to investigate something in depth, it's the right doctor. Now, if you want to be served in 5 minutes to get a prescription, you're not the guy.
