Inclusive foi ele que descobriu que os meus olhos( AB) estavam com uveíte e não uma simplesmente conjuntivite que muitos profissionais achavam. It was wonderful. I was very well attended. Thank God I can say I have a blessed olmologist. I've known him since 2003. And until today he accompanies me in all treatments. He was even the one who discovered that my eyes (AB) had uveitis and not just a conjunctivitis that many professionals thought. That's why I recommend this outstanding professional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, marquei uma consulta, apareci no dia e horário marcado. Mas o Dr nem sequer estava presente no local. Fiquei mais de 1 hora esperando caso ele tenha se atrasado. Nem entraram em contato para cancelar a consulta. Muita falta de profissionalismo.
I don't recommend it, I made an appointment, I showed up on the scheduled day and time. But the Dr was not even present at the site. I was waiting more than 1 hour in case he was late. They didn't even get in touch to cancel the appointment. Very lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora muito, fui no horário marcado e so fui atendida 1h30h depois do meu horário. O médico e bom mais me atendeu na pressa e ainda temos que ficar esperando no hall de entrada do edifício so podemos subir depois que um paciente desce devido a covid para a evitar aglomerações .
It takes a long time, I went at the appointed time and was only attended 1:30h after my appointment. The doctor is good but he attended to me in a hurry and we still have to wait in the entrance hall of the building we can only go up after a patient comes down due to covid to avoid agglomerations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tenho certeza de que jamais o atendimento seria assim em Ipanema Ipanema, Leblon etc... Consultório não cumpre com o horário marcado. Uma falta de respeito total com os clientes. Não estão preocupados com a qualidade do atendimento e sim em agendar diversos clientes e deixarem todos esperando o atendimento sem a mínima satisfação. Horrivel
Terrible attendance. I'm sure that the service would never be like this in Ipanema Ipanema, Leblon etc... The office doesn't keep to the appointment. A total lack of respect for customers. They are not concerned with the quality of service, but with scheduling several customers and leaving everyone waiting for the service without the slightest satisfaction. Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, Péssimo, Péssimo. Foi a segunda e última vez que retorno neste lugar. Ser bom profissional não significa que as pessoas tem que esperar o tempo todo para ser atendido. Os clientes ficam esperando no Hall de entrada do prédio por um longo tempo, depois esperam em noutro andar pra liberar o atendimento e depois esperam novamente em outro andar para serem então atendidos. Falta de profissionalismo com os clientes.
Não cumprem o horário marcado.
Uma falta de respeito total com os clientes, pois as pessoas simplesmente têm que perder todos os seus compromissos porque a clínica não cumpre com o horário marcado.
