★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensei que fosse mais um pequeno provedor de bairro, mas me surpreendi com os planos de fibra e com ótima velocidade. Morei na freguesia onde tinha Live Tim, posso afirmar que a Flash Link nada fica devendo em relação ao serviço e possui um ótimo e rápido atendimento ao cliente.
I thought it was more of a small neighborhood provider, but I was surprised by the fiber plans and with great speed. I lived in the parish where I had Live Tim, I can say that Flash Link owes nothing in relation to the service and has a great and fast customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando a gente atrasa a conta um dia cobram um juro absurdo, já aconteceu comigo de esquecer e pagar três dias depois. Um abuso os juros cobrados, tendo em vista que a gente fica horas as vezes sem internet como agora, domimgo 13:12 da tarde, precisando da internet pra estudar e nada. Isso deveria ser levaso em conta na hora de fechar as contas, já que pelo atraso sabem cobrar e bem cobrado.

An abuse of the interest charged, considering that we sometimes have hours without internet as now, Sunday 13:12 in the afternoon, needing the internet to study and nothing.
