Solicitei um reparo no dia 28/05/2021 e até o dia 31/05.. nenhum técnico apareceu. Diante do ocorrido liguei para M3ganet e fui informado que o prazo de reparo é de 72 horas. Enfim estou aguardando até hoje e ninguém apareceu ou ligou para da uma satisfação. Se eu não correr atrás eles não estão nem aí.
Estou cancelando o péssimo serviço hj. Afinal ninguém merece pagar por algo que não está recebendo.

I requested a repair on 05/28/2021 and until 05/31... no technician appeared. In view of the occurrence, I called M3ganet and was informed that the repair period is 72 hours. Anyway I'm waiting until today and no one showed up or called to give a satisfaction. If I don't chase after they don't care.
I'm canceling the bad service today. After all, nobody deserves to pay for something they're not getting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A meganet já foi uma internet de qualidade, mas nos últimos tempos está um LIXOOOOO. A transmissão de dados oscila e a internet cai toda hora, já reclamei milhões de vezes, mas não adianta, era uma ótima empresa e agora oferecem um serviço pífio.
