★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizado. Cheguei às 10:30h da manhã. A recepcionista disse que o médico chegaria entre 11:30h e meio dia para começar a atender. Aceitei esperar. O médico chegou somente às 13:15h e só começou a chamar as pessoas às 13:45h. Deu 16:15 h e nada de me chamarem, isso depois de eu perguntar à recepcionista quantas pessoas faltavam e ela respondia tem 4 pessoas na sua frente, mas eu vi depois o médico chamar umas 20 pessoas. Perguntei de novo, ela respondeu que faltava uma só e eu seria "a próxima". Fiquei aguardando mas a partir daí vi umas 4 pessoas todas serem chamadas como sendo "a próxima", eu já estava passando mal de esperar com enxaqueca, não fui almoçar acreditando que se ele atende meio dia, logo me chamariam. Esperar 6 horas, de 10:30h às 16:30h com dor no quadril que incomoda ficar de pé ou sentada muito tempo, é muito absurdo, nem serviço público é assim.
 Very disorganized. I arrived at 10:30 am. The receptionist said that the doctor would arrive between 11:30 and noon to start attending. I agreed to wait. The doctor only arrived at 1:15 pm and didn't start calling people until 1:45 pm. It was 4:15 pm and no one called me, this after I asked the receptionist how many people were missing and she replied there are 4 people in front of her, but I saw the doctor call about 20 people later. I asked again, she replied that one was missing and I would be "next". I was waiting but from then on I saw about 4 people all being called "next", I was already sick with migraine, I didn't go to lunch believing that if he answered at noon, they would call me soon. Waiting 6 hours, from 10:30h to 16:30h with hip pain that bothers you to stand or sit for a long time, is very absurd, not even public service is like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, a pior possível, sem organização, você faz a ficha e não sabe quando será atendido, as mesmas pessoas entram e saem do consultório por diversas vezes e você fica sem entender e saber quando será sua vez.
A mais de 2hs esperando para ser chamado, se estiver com dores fortes vai morrer de dor e não será atendido.
Horrible, the worst possible, without organization, you do the form and do not know when you will be seen, the same people enter and leave the office several times and you are left without understanding and knowing when it will be your turn.
Over 2 hours waiting to be called, if you are in severe pain you will die of pain and will not be attended to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui orientado pelo telefone pela atendente que disse que atendiam casos de gota. Saí de casa, cheguei na recepção fechada com varias pessoas, esperei a minha vez de ser atendido e ela nem sabia o que o ortopedista atende (não sou médico, nem ela precisa ser mas deveria orientar corretamente). Perdi tempo, dinheiro (estacionamento e combustível), fiquei exposto ao COVID pra nem poder ser atendido. Ainda fui desrespeitado pela atendente da recepção que disse qdo falei que liguei antes pra perguntar: "Não sou médica!"
I was guided over the phone by the attendant who said that they deal with gout cases. I left the house, arrived at the closed reception with several people, waited for my turn to be seen and she didn't even know what the orthopedist attends (I'm not a doctor, nor does she need to be but I should guide you correctly). I lost time, money (parking and fuel), I was exposed to COVID so I couldn't even be attended to. I was still disrespected by the receptionist who said when I said I called earlier to ask: "I'm not a doctor!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora no atendimento! Coisa de 3 horas ou mais. E quando entra no consultório não fica nem 5 minutos sendo avaliado. Uma clínica que tinha tudo pra ser excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, porém o único próximo a minha residência que o plano intermedica oferece. Muita demora, desorganização. Dizem q o atendimento a tarde é a partir das 14 porém o médico chega às 15:30 e ainda se tranca na sala, enquanto pacientes estão desde as 13:00 aguardando.
Terrible service, but the only one close to my home that the intermedica plan offers. A lot of delay, disorganization. They say that the service in the afternoon starts at 2 pm, but the doctor arrives at 3:30 pm and still locks himself in the room, while patients have been waiting since 1:00 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica de fraturas, pacientes pós cirúrgico, com dificuldades locomotoras, obrigados a subir de escada pois o elevador estava quebrado. Médicos que atendem às 08:00h, chegam 10:00h. Falta de respeito e profissionalismo.
