★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende ao telefone, temos que sair de casa para ir ao local pedir uma simples informação e na clinica atendem com pouco caso, como se eu estivesse pedindo um favor.
Decepcionado
 Nobody answers the phone, we have to leave the house to go to the place to ask for a simple information and at the clinic they answer with little case, as if I were asking for a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médico ortopedista chega a hora que quer, um dia é as 8:00 outro as 9:00 outro as 10:00 não existe respeito com o cliente. O atendimento do médico é bom, o que deixa a desejar é a demora.

Com isso fica uma fila de espera enorme a espera do Ortopedista.
No mínimo uma hora de espera.
Paga caro para ficar horas esperando.
Horrível.
On Saturdays it opens at 8 am but the orthopedic doctor only arrives at 10 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do Dr. Harleson é excepcional mas o atendimento telefônico na recepção fica muito a desejar. Simplesmente não atendem, Whatsapp não respondem. Complicado fazer confirmação dessa forma.
The care of Dr. Harleson is exceptional but the phone service at reception leaves a lot to be desired. They just don't answer, Whatsapp doesn't answer. Complicated to confirm this way.

Ordem de chegada, estava lotada, chegou várias pessoas depois de min deu carteirinha, assinou e mesmo assim foram atendidas na minha frente e estou aqui ainda esperando pra ser atendida e a clínica já está praticamente vazia… que absurdo, muita desorganização e falta de responsabilidade com paciente !!!

Dica pra quem não quer perder tempo, nem tentem ligar nos telefones ou falar pelo whatsapp, pq os telefones não prestam e no whatsapp o atendente fica te ignorando e não te responde as tuas perguntas nem te auxilia a agendar uma consulta. Parece até piada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem os horários marcados para fisioterapia, quem chega depois passa na sua frente. A cada sessão um profissional diferente te atende e não conhece seu histórico.
