★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As pessoas que trabalham são muito gente boa, porém o compromisso com os clientes é péssimo, o horário de atendimento dos médicos ultrapassam 3 horas. Hoje fui informado que o médico começava a atender 14 horas, sair de lá 17 horas e ninguém tinha sido atendido. E olha que já é a terceira vez que isso acontece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ponto de atenção é para o atendimento, observe que, os atendentes nada tem a ver com a falta de organização do hospital. é necessário que a diretoria leve a sério o atendimento físico e principalmente o virtual, tendo em vista que com a pandemia, é o meio mais correto de se procurar atendimento. É preciso um investimento de organização para que as pessoas poassam atender a demanda do fone, das redes sociais e o presencial, se todo mundo faz tudo, fica bagunçado. Não adianta investir em novo espaço físico, se seus clientes saem insatisfeitos. Lembre-se que a melhor propaganda é o boca a boca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível , se for ligar raramente atendem telefone , presencialmente dão preferência aos moradores locais de Itaberaba , se vc for de outra cidade e chegar cedo e pegar a ficha , perceberá que os moradores locais tem previlegios e serão atendidos primeiro que você , horrível isto , há anos é assim já vir várias discussões por conta disso , péssimo atendimento , uma demora absurda para ser chamado , para fazer o cadastro e ser atendido , infelizmente é a pura verdade , a micro região ao redor de Itaberaba sustenta o comércio local e o retorno que temos é o péssimo tratamento .
