★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento nota 1000 amei tudo ,fiz uma cirurgia e fui muito bem atendida pela equipe médica, pelos enfermeiros e toda a equipe, ótimo atendimento desde a recepção, o meu sincero muito obrigado e que Deus continue abençoando vcs ,que apesar das dificuldades dos tempos não perde a postura o profissionalismo e acima de tudo ,são profissionais humano, com amor ao próximo!!!
 Service grade 1000 I loved everything, I had surgery and was very well attended by the medical team, the nurses and the whole team, great service from the reception, my sincere thanks and may God continue to bless you, that despite the difficulties of the times loses posture, professionalism and above all, they are human professionals, with love to the next!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tenho um parente que foi encaminhado para tratar um cancer no intestino nesse hospital . ele foi mal atendido principalmente na recepção de oncologia. e ainda sem previsão para consulta oncologica mesmo sendo encaminhado pela secretaria da saude como prioridade devido ao estadiamento da doença e demora no diagnostico.
I have a relative who was referred to treat bowel cancer at this hospital. he was poorly attended mainly at the oncology reception. and there is still no forecast for an oncological consultation, even though it is referred by the health department as a priority due to the staging of the disease and delay in diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou falar da farmácia, onde é agendado um horário e você chega a ficar quase 2 horas pra ser atendido. Apenas uma vez foi ágil, mas das outras vezes, quase 2 horas pra ser atendido, uma outra três horas e meia.
Algum problema tem, pois se agenda horário, não era pra demorar tanto. Tem muitos idosos, é uma falta de respeito com o público.
I'm going to talk about the pharmacy, where an appointment is scheduled and you stay almost 2 hours to be seen. Only once was it quick, but the other times, almost 2 hours to be served, another three and a half hours.
There is a problem, because if you schedule an appointment, it shouldn't take that long. There are many elderly people, it is a lack of respect for the public.

Quando voltou da mesa de cirurgia, foi colocada na cama, e começou a se queixar de uma grande dor, tipo ardência, nas costas. As enfermeiras, em vez de verificarem, ficavam falando que ela estava equivocada, pois os cortes da operação tinham sido todos na parte frontal do corpo. Meu pai decidiu verificar, e a cama estava ensanguentada. Havia um grande corte nas costas: quando foram transportar minha mãe da maca para a mesa de cirurgia, havia uma ponta de parafuso que cortou as costas da minha mãe. Fiquei muito revoltado, mas minha mãe preferiu não dar queixa. Eles não iam nem avisar o que tinha ocorrido. Um absurdo. Tenho medo de hospitais assim.
My mother was not very well attended there, no. She went to have bariatric surgery. When she came back from the operating table, she was put to bed, and she began to complain of a great, burning pain in her back. The nurses, instead of checking, kept telling her that she was wrong, as the cuts from the operation had all been on the front of her body. My dad decided to check it out, and the bed was bloody. There was a big cut in the back: when they were transporting my mother from the stretcher to the operating table, there was a screw end that cut my mother's back. I was very angry, but my mother preferred not to press charges. They weren't even going to let you know what had happened. An absurdity. I'm afraid of hospitals like that.

Em plena pandemia uma cirugia bariátrica de emergência Dr Felipe para perder peso urgente e fazer uma cirurgia de CA reto com Dra Flávia maravilhosa e super humana(sem sua disponibilidade em ajudar e agilizar, eu não conseguiria). Dra Patrícia da oncologia que é a médica que acompanha o tratamento. Psicóloga Vivi amável e nos dá uma força tremenda. Sem contar as outras especialidades do processo. Continuo em acompanhamento e feliz por ganhar mais um pouco de vida e com qualidade. Fiquei 2 vezes internada durante a pandemia até a comida é otima.Tudo deu certo ?
Respect and admiration for the professionals of this hospital. In the middle of a pandemic, an emergency bariatric surgery Dr Felipe to lose weight urgently and have a straight CA surgery with Dr Flavia wonderful and super human (without her availability to help and speed up, I wouldn't be able to). Dr Patricia from oncology who is the doctor who follows the treatment. Psychologist Vivi is kind and gives us tremendous strength. Not to mention the other specialties of the process. I continue to be followed up and happy to gain a little more life and with quality. I was hospitalized twice during the pandemic, even the food is great. Everything worked out ?

State public hospital..but I have nothing to complain about..my mother is being treated for a cure for cancer...being treated well by the medical team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é por senha na entrada então não é demorado tem bastante atendentes na recepção ,já para marcação de consultas em outros lugares para marcação de consulta achei meio confuso pois uns pegam senha e outros formam fila em frente a recepção. A médica chegou no horário da consulta então não teve demora é um hospital bem cheio em algumas áreas, limpeza ok atendimento ok cordial
