★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a regulação me encaminhou para este hospital e até hoje sofro com a demora, desorganização. Levaram 6 meses para me operar, contrariando a lei que limita em 60 dias o início do tratamento. E ainda se recusaram a me dar atestado médico para me afastar do trabalho. Tive que esperar a cirurgia trabalhando com uma bomba relógio no corpo. E a cabeça, como fica? Tinha que resolver os problemas alheios enquanto com os meus ninguém se preocupava. Por causa da falta do atestado fui tratada como quem estava "inventando doença". Na mastologia, a consulta é marcada com os médicos, mas eles não me atendem. Jogam consulta para os residentes que são tipo estagiários. A Diretora Presidente veio no meu município atrás de doações. Aproveitei a palestra dela de outubro rosa para denunciar tudo o que eu estava passando e ela nada fez para apurar, sequer uma palavra de conforto. Deve ser diretora de gabinete e nem sabe o que se passa no hospital. Atualmente estou sendo acompanhada pelo Dr Marcos, oncologista, que é excelente. Mas os problemas de gestão atrapalham o trabalho dos profissionais que de fato se dedicam aos pacientes.
 Unfortunately, the regulation sent me to this hospital and I still suffer from the delay and disorganization. It took me 6 months to operate, contrary to the law that limits the start of treatment to 60 days. And they still refused to give me a medical certificate to take me away from work. I had to wait for surgery working with a time bomb in my body. And the head, how is it? I had to solve the problems of others while nobody cared about mine. Because of the lack of a certificate, I was treated as someone who was "inventing a disease". In mastology, the appointment is made with the doctors, but they don't see me. They play consultation for residents who are interns type. The CEO came to my town looking for donations. I took advantage of her pink October lecture to denounce everything I was going through and she did nothing to investigate, not even a word of comfort. She must be a cabinet director and she doesn't even know what goes on at the hospital. I am currently being monitored by Dr Marcos, an oncologist, who is excellent. But management problems hinder the work of professionals who are actually dedicated to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente hospital. Médicos dedicados e atenciosos, equipe de enfermagem altamente qualificados. Cuidam muito bem dos pacientes. Área externa arborizada sempre limpa e organizada, deixando o acompanhante e o visitante bem confortável durante período de espera.
Cantina com preços justos, boa comida (à Kiko). Atendimento impecável dos donos e funcionários.
Estacionamento poderia ter um preço mais acessível.
Excellent hospital. Dedicated and attentive doctors, highly qualified nursing staff. They take very good care of patients. Wooded outdoor area always clean and organized, leaving the companion and the visitor very comfortable during the waiting period.
Canteen with fair prices, good food (à Kiko). Impeccable service from the owners and staff.
Parking could be more affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha irmã fez todo o tratamento nesse hospital pelo SUS, e se consulta até hoje, uma vez por ano e ficou curada... Agradeço ao Dr. Thiago e ao Dr Guilherme... Exelente tratamento.
My sister did all the treatment in this hospital through the SUS, and she is consulted until today, once a year and she was cured... I thank Dr. Thiago and Dr Guilherme... Excellent treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhei nessa instituição, na minha época os funcionários não podiam contar com o PG mensal,.. dificilmente saia no 5 dia útil.. normalmente quem trabalha nessa instituição tem dois empregos, pra me receber tive q acionar na justiça, péssima lembrança!
I worked at this institution, in my time employees could not count on the monthly PG,.. it hardly leaves on the 5th working day.. normally those who work in this institution have two jobs, to receive me I had to file a lawsuit, bad memory!

Pois ali deveria ter mais tomógrafos e outras salas para outros tipos de exames como ; Cintilografia e outros tratamentos para assistir melhor o paciente oncológico como: cardiologistas, tratamento dentário, Oftalmologista e Dermatologista. Isso é só para melhorar o que já está sendo feito,
Mas atende e assiste os pacientes com muito respeito. A minha mãe já se trata a 5 anos.
Se eu pudesse também ajudaria e construiria, novas alas.
E aquelas pessoas com posse e grandes empresários, ajudem os capitais oncológicos. E inclusive o Hospital Mário Kroeff trabalha com captação de recursos para que novas aulas e salas sejam reformadas e construídas.
Que Deus abençoe muitíssimo todo complexo e a todos que lá trabalham.

It has an infrastructure that does not meet the full potential of the hospital. Because there should have more CT scanners and other rooms for other types of exams such as; Scintigraphy and other treatments to better assist the cancer patient such as: cardiologists, dental treatment, Ophthalmologist and Dermatologist. This is just to improve what is already being done,
But he attends and assists patients with great respect. My mother has been treated for 5 years.
If I could, I would also help and build new wings.
And those people with possessions and big businessmen, help the oncological capitals. And even the Mário Kroeff Hospital works with fundraising so that new classes and rooms can be renovated and built.
