★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, conexão é horrível! Nem o google abre! Além disso, todas as tentativas de contato com o suporte que tive foram frustradas, promessas de atendimento no mesmo dia ou dia seguinte e ainda estou esperando até hoje!

Em tempos de Covid-19 tenho me preocupado muito com os funcionários que recebo em casa...percebo que há poucos esclarecimentos sobre os perigos da pandemia e me pergunto até que ponto a empresa está cuidando de seus colaboradores.
Todos os funcionários que já recebi em minha casa - de março até hoje, 08 de junho de 2020 - chegam com máscaras caseiras (a empresa colaborou para essa fabricação?), sem luvas ou alcool em gel.
Já vi funcionários retirando a máscara, usando máscara sem tampar o nariz por completo, coçando a parte frontal da máscara no nariz; além do mais, pergunto-me se funcionários trocam de duas em duas horas os referidos equipamentos contra o covid.
Como cliente da infornet preocupa-me muito saber que os problemas constantes na internet podem se tornar problemas graves de saúde na minha casa.

All the employees I received at my home - from March until today, June 8, 2020 - arrive with homemade masks (did the company collaborate for this manufacture?), Without gloves or alcohol gel.
I've seen employees remove the mask, wearing a mask without completely covering their nose, scratching the front of the mask on their nose; moreover, I wonder if employees change the equipment against the covid every two hours.
As an infornet customer, I am very concerned that the constant problems on the internet can become serious health problems in my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em questão de atendimento é péssimo, vc passa quase o dia todo ligando pra central de atendimento e só não falta ser atendida.
Sem falar que já estou com 15 dias sem internet, ligo pra vim um técnico e não vem quando atende o telefone fala que vai mandar um técnico e não vem. Todo dia a mesma coisa. Vou cancelar e vou atrás de outra, pq estou perdendo aula por falta de internet em casa. Pq não vou pagar uma coisa que não está mim servindo mais.

Mesmo pagando em dias, fui destratado por uma das atendentes que só reconheceram o erro alguns dias depois. Até que recebi uma proposta melhor de internet e cancelei!
I was a customer for years! They cut my Internet signal after switching the radio system to cable, which did not inform me that it would have to be paid twice! Even paying in days, I was dislocated by one of the attendants who only recognized the error a few days later. Until I got a better internet offer and canceled it!
