★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de horizonte dourados, é pela a experiencia que eu tiver até o momento posso dizer que o atendimento a loja presencial é muito bom mesmo como dizem, já em relação aos preços do plano é bem acessível, eles realmente faz a instalação no dia do agendamento e faz até mesmo durante a noite a instalação, agora não é uma internet totalmente estável pois ela chega a cair durante o dia algumas vezes e quando não cai fica muito lento. mais quanto ta estável é ótimo e rápida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha ha 2 meses atras uma internet boa.. com wi fi com otimo alcance sem problemas de oscilacao e com atendimento 24hs atraves do WhatsApp. Dai, uma inquilina fez minha cabeça afirmando que era excelente e como confiei, mudei. Estou no momento, arrependido, pois, muitas oscilacoes nessa wi fi 5ghz, alem de um alcance limitado a no maximo 5 metros, ou seja, quando meu celular está no mesmo andar, no meu quarto...muda para a 2,4ghz.... e ainda pior, para minha camera da mibo que tenho na garagem funcionar, tive que comprar um tp link para conseguir puxar a 2,4ghz onde com frequencia o app fica off line pois ela grava ao vivo para o cartao de memória. Amanhã 15/03/21 virá um tecnico e vms ver o que vai resolver, caso contrario, cancelo o serviço, ja que nao esta oferecendo o serviço oferecido, ou seja, tem um vicio oculto, e tenho fotos de todas as vezes que oscilou, ficou com lentidao e quedas de conexão. Vou voltar pra minha anterior, ja que raramente ocorriam esses problemas...a hipernet.
