★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente ainda existem lojas que quando vc vai pra trocar o produto vc percebe a diferença no atendimento. Após o Natal fui trocar um sapato que eu havia dado pra minha mãe e ela não gostou e queria um outro de uma outra loja Então resolvi trocar por um sapato pra mim. Chegando na loja, a moça ficou inspecionando o sapato com cara de desconfiada, querendo "criar caso" perguntando se o sapato tinha sido usado (pq disse q havia sujeira na sola). Percebi que a atendente QUIS gerar um constrangimento. Eu disse q pra pessoa experimentar ela precisou colocar o sapato no chao obviamente e talvez até dar uns passos com ele pra ver se estava bom mesmo ou não e se o chao estivesse empoeirado seria normal a sola estar parecendo que foi colocada no chão. É óbvio que eu não levaria um sapato pra trocar se tivesse sido usado (não faz sentido) e tb um vendedor de sapatos eu creio que sabe analisar realmente se um sapato foi usado, não é só por haver alguns ciscos na sola do sapato que vc deve afirmar que ele foi usado. Eu achei SUPER GROSSEIRO da parte da atendente. A apatia no restante do atendimento foi gritante e eu já estava me sentindo mal em estar dentro daquela loja, na qual pretendo nunca mais pisar devolta.
Unfortunately there are still stores where when you go to change the product you notice the difference in service. After Christmas I went to change a shoe that I had given to my mother and she didn't like it and wanted another one from another store. So I decided to change it for a shoe for myself. Arriving at the store, the girl was inspecting the shoe with a suspicious face, wanting to "make a case" asking if the shoe had been used (because she said there was dirt on the sole). I realized that the attendant WANTED to generate an embarrassment. I said that for the person to try it on, they obviously needed to put the shoe on the floor and maybe even take a few steps with it to see if it was really good or not and if the floor was dusty it would be normal for the sole to be looking like it was placed on the floor. It's obvious that I wouldn't take a shoe to change if it had been used (it doesn't make sense) and also a shoe seller I think you know how to really analyze if a shoe was used, it's not just because there are some specks on the sole of the shoe that you must state that it was used. I thought it was SUPER GROSS from the attendant. The apathy in the rest of the service was glaring and I was already feeling bad about being inside that store, in which I intend never to step back.
