I was super well treated, beautiful clean environment! I didn't know this laboratory but I found it much better than the others that are more famous and the treatment is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento! Daria 6 estrelas! Me passaram todas as informações que precisava por telefone e pessoalmente foram muito atenciosos. A funcionária Mariana que me atendeu e tirou o sangue foi muito cuidadosa e nunca fui tão bem atendida.
Great service! I would give 6 stars! I was given all the information I needed by phone and personally they were very attentive. The employee Mariana who attended to me and took the blood was very careful and I have never been so well attended.

Fui em pleno carnaval (era um dos poucos que estava aberto) para entregar exame de urina (cultura de urina) da minha filha e a atendente informou que precisaria de um pote específico que não se acha em farmácia normal e nem eles fornecem. Engraçado que ao entrar em contato com outros laboratórios depois vi que essa "exigência" era infundada. Ou seja por causa disso demorei mais para realizar um exame importante. Absurdo! Nunca mais piso nesse lugar, corram!
Terrible, do not recommend! I went in the middle of the carnival (it was one of the few that was open) to deliver my daughter's urine test (urine culture) and the attendant informed me that she would need a specific jar that is not found in a normal pharmacy and neither do they provide it. Funny that when I came into contact with other laboratories, I later saw that this "requirement" was unfounded. In other words, because of that, it took me longer to perform an important exam. Absurd! Never step on that place again, run!

I have been doing my exams at LAFE for a long time , Always good service , all sanitary protocols are followed in addition to excellent collection techniques . The results come out very fast and can be known via android app. highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi bom, o laboratório é limpo e bem cuidado, porém não gostei do fato deles não entregar os resultados de forma impressa senão apenas por internet. Os outros laboratórios nos quais fui sempre tinham as duas opções para o cliente. Fui obrigada pela Amil desde novembro do ano passado a mudar a este laboratório, pois ela descredencio os antigos que trabalhavam muito bem.
The service was good, the lab is clean and well maintained, but I didn't like the fact that they don't deliver the results in printed form, but only over the internet. The other labs I went to always had both options for the customer. I was forced by Amil since November of last year to move to this laboratory, because she discredits the old ones who worked very well.
