★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone. Não entregaram o resultado de exame no dia combinado e por telefone não quiseram informar o laboratório terceirizado responsável. Desligaram a ligação várias vezes, vários atendentes, tentando claramente enrolar a situação.
 Bad phone service. They did not deliver the exam result on the agreed day and did not want to inform the responsible third-party laboratory by telephone. They hung up the call several times, several attendants, clearly trying to get the situation rolling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim nesta unidade achando que o atendimento ia ser mais rápido, porém estou há 40 minutos esperando para fazer a ficha e depois coleta. Isso porque nao tinha 7 pessoas aguardando atendimento. A unidade da Carijós, apesar de ser central e ter muito mais movimento, nunca fiquei mais que 15 minutos aguardando.
I came on this drive thinking the service would be faster, but I'm there 40 minutes waiting to do the plug and after collection. That's because not had 7 people waiting for service. The unit Carijós, despite being central and have a lot more movement, was never more than 15 minutes waiting.

Fiquei aguardando durante 45 minutos a coleta de um exame, sem ninguém em minha frente e o local vazio, chegaram 5 pessoas de uma empresa depois de mim após eu esperar 45 minutos sem ninguém no laboratório aguardando e eu continuei esperando, em 5 minutos passaram todos na minha frente e começaram a coleta dos exames deles. Eu como médico totalmente contraindico o laboratório, uma total falta de ética e respeito, meus pacientes não indicarei para fazer exame aqui.
Eu liguei antes no laboratório para tentar agendar um horário falaram que era por ordem de chegada
Por causo do ocorrido peguei e fui embora. Absurdo.
LACK OF ETHICS AND RESPECT, I don't recommend it. I was waiting for 45 minutes to collect an exam, with no one in front of me and the place was empty, 5 people from a company arrived after me after I waited 45 minutes with no one in the laboratory waiting and I kept waiting, in 5 minutes they all passed in front of me and started collecting their exams. I, as a doctor, totally contraindicate the laboratory, a total lack of ethics and respect, my patients will not recommend to be tested here.
I called in the lab before to try to schedule an appointment they said it was on a first come, first served basis
Because of what happened I took it and left. Absurd.

The best possible. I have been a loyal customer for over 22 years. I was referred by my hepatologist dr. João Galizzi. I always received competence, excellent service, friendship and compassion. I strongly recommend. A healthy liver transplant and the service from Laboratório Lustosa always giving me confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção é MUITO LENTO (o atendente, coitado, é muito devagar, não sabe informar nada), e além de tudo, a última vez que estive lá, um casal com COVID, sem máscaras PFF2 (usando apenas máscaras de tecido), estava dentro da unidade, misturado aos demais clientes. Quando fui questionar a presença de pessoas infectadas junto a outras que estavam lá para exames simples de sangue/rotina, fui informada de que não podem negar atendimento!!! Hora nenhuma mencionei “negar atendimento”, no entanto considero ABSURDA essa conduta do laboratório, que não se dignou a destinar uma unidade ou ao menos uma entrada diferente que seja, aos clientes que DECLARAM estar com COVID e que buscam atendimento presencial (o que também considero uma falta de noção, visto que existem alternativas, como a coleta domiciliar). Registrei uma reclamação e não recebi até então nenhum retorno! Falta de ética, falta de transparência e um belíssimo exemplo de ganância por parte de uma instituição cujas premissas principais giram em torno do cuidado com a saúde de seus clientes.
The service at the reception is VERY SLOW (the poor attendant is very slow, he doesn't know anything), and besides, the last time I was there, a couple with COVID, without PFF2 masks (using only fabric masks) , was inside the unit, mixed with the other customers. When I went to question the presence of infected people with others who were there for simple blood tests/routine, I was informed that they cannot deny assistance!!! At no time did I mention "deny service", however I consider this conduct of the laboratory ABSURD, which did not deign to allocate a unit or at least a different entrance, to clients who DECLARE to have COVID and who seek face-to-face care (which also I consider it a lack of notion, as there are alternatives, such as household collection). I filed a complaint and have not received any feedback so far! Lack of ethics, lack of transparency and a beautiful example of greed on the part of an institution whose main premises revolve around caring for the health of its clients.

O Gabriel e a Roseli da recepção são muito atenciosos e prestativos, me pasaram todos os esclarecimentos referentes a coleta um dia antes. O pessoal da coleta, sempre simpáticos e eficientes. No dia do exame, foi tudo muito rápido... PARABÉNS EQUIPE LUSTOSA
