★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Os exames não ficaram prontos nas datas prometidas. Durante a coleta de exames da coagulação, o garroteamento foi excessivo. Os funcionários se contradizem. Resultados discrepantes com os de outro laboratório.
Segundo depoimento de colegas que fizeram estágio nesse laboratório, o serviço não é mesmo confiável.
Terrible attendance! The exams were not ready on the promised dates. During the collection of coagulation exams, the garrimentation was excessive. The employees contradict each other. Results inconsistent with those of another laboratory.
According to testimonials from colleagues who were interns in this lab, the service is not even reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Mais de 40 minutos só pra coletar o exame. E o resultado só Deus pra saber. Não recomendo. O Hospital Life Center deveria reavaliar seus prestadores de serviço.
Terrible. More than 40 minutes just to collect the exam. And the result is only God to know. I do not recommend. The Life Center Hospital should reassess its service providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira experiência com o laboratório foi decepcionante , liguei pra perguntar sobre um exame , onde a atendente disse fazer , quando chego ao laboratório tenho a desagradável supresa de saber que não fazem o tal exame , agora pergunto : para que deixar uma pessoa encarregada de dar informação falsa ?
The first experiment with the laboratory was disappointing, I called to ask about an exam, where the attendant said to do it, when I get to the lab I have the unpleasant surprise of knowing that they do not do the exam, now I ask: why leave a person in charge of giving false information?

Solicitei várias vezes até que na vespera da minha consulta me informaram que teria que repetir. Como estavam errados poderiam me entregar em 3 dias, enquanto outros laboratórios que procurei podiam me entregar no dia seguinte. Descaso, irresponsabilidade
Pessima experience, result scheduled with much delay. After waiting for the scheduled day, the exams were not ready. I asked several times until, on the eve of my appointment, I was told that I would have to repeat it. As they were wrong they could deliver me in 3 days, while other laboratories that I looked for could deliver me the next day. Carelessness, irresponsibility
