Foi uma experiência realmente diferente ver a forma como o Dr. Hezen (fiz questão de gravar o nome!) paciente e diligentemente investigou a situação de papai, a partir das indicações médicas. Além disso, quanta satisfação reconhecer no médico um ser humano de verdade. Gratidão é a palavra! Vale acrescentar que as instalações são confortáveis e bem cuidadas. Também quero registrar que a secretária é educadíssima e prestativa. Precisei desmarcar, remarcar e tirar várias dúvidas. Fomos muito bem atendidos: eu, papai e minha irmã. Virei cliente!
I highly recommend it. The service is unique: kind, attentive and above all committed. It was a really different experience to see the way Dr. Hezen (I made a point of recording the name!) Patient and diligently investigated Dad's situation, based on medical advice. Furthermore, how satisfying to recognize a real human being in the doctor. Gratitude is the word! It is worth adding that the facilities are comfortable and well maintained. I also want to note that the secretary is very polite and helpful. I had to deselect, reschedule and clear up several doubts. We were very well attended: me, dad and my sister. I became a client!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar maravilhoso. Atendente simpática demaaaais, o doutor que realizou o exame é simplesmente perfeito. Fiz um exame chato que se chama Ecocardiograma Fetal, mostra apenas o coração do bebê e mesmo assim no final ele me deu um brinde, me deixou ver o rostinho do bebê em 3D! Super educado e ótimo profissional.
Wonderful place. Sooo nice attendant, the doctor who performed the exam is just perfect. I did a boring exam called Fetal Echocardiogram, it only shows the baby's heart and even so at the end he gave me a toast, letting me see the baby's face in 3D! Super polite and great professional.

Quero agradecer demais, pelo atendimento prestado pelas secretárias que foram tão solicitas, em me ajudar. Precisava com muita urgência em fazer um exame da minha bebê, de Ecocardiograma fetal, elas conseguiram um horário pra mim, pois uma outra clínica do centro de Nit, haviam me desmarcado horas antes de eu fazer o exame, que o meu médico havia solicitado há dias. Eu precisava, com urgência desse exame, pois sou diabética, e eles pouco se importaram. Desmarcaram do nada. Fiquei horas procurando uma boa clínica, e encontrei a Sigma, que a secretária me indicou a Multipla, que me atenderam de uma forma tão humana e maravilhosa!! Desde o primeiro atendimento até o Dr Helzen, que pessoa boa e gentil! Vcs estão todos de parabéns! Super recomendo a Multipla! Atendimento maravilhoso!!! Deus abençoe vcs!!!
I want to thank the team at Multipla and Sigma for being so kind to us patients. I want to thank you very much, for the service provided by the secretaries who were so solicitous, in helping me. I very urgently needed to do an exam of my baby, a fetal echocardiogram, they found an appointment for me, because another clinic in the center of Nit, had canceled me hours before I took the exam, which my doctor had requested days. I urgently needed this exam, as I am diabetic, and they didn't care. They unmarked out of nowhere. I spent hours looking for a good clinic, and found Sigma, which the secretary referred me to Multipla, who attended to me in such a human and wonderful way!! From the first service to Dr Helzen, what a good and kind person! Congratulations to you all! I highly recommend the Multipla! Wonderful service!!! God bless you guys!!!
