★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Exame marcado para as 8, levei minha mãe idosa e com dificuldades de locomoção as 7:30. A recepção abre as 8 mais tivemos que aguardar para fazer a ficha todos tomarem café para começar o primeiro atendimento. E após entrarmos na terceira sala de esperar aguardamos mais meia hora. E veja que minha mãe foi a primeira a ser atendida imaginem a segunda em diante. Funcionários sem supervisão e treinamento e principalmente sem uso adequado de suas mascaras.
 Terrible. Exam scheduled for 8, I took my elderly mother with limited mobility at 7:30. The reception opens at 8, but we had to wait to make the record, everyone had coffee to start the first service. And after entering the third waiting room, we waited another half hour. And see that my mother was the first to be attended to, imagine the second onwards. Employees without supervision and training and mainly without proper use of their masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um lugar tão ruim pra se fazer exames. Pra marcar é um parto pois o atendimento é péssimo. Funcionários mal treinados, vive sem sistema. Estou grávida de 8meses e há 1 hora aguardando p fazerem meu cadastro, depois ainda não sei quanto tempo vou aguardar pra sair daqui.
Surreal. Pior lugar da Ilha. Última vez que venho aqui. Prefiro sair da ilha, perco menos tempo
I've never seen such a bad place to get tested. To schedule is a delivery because the service is terrible. Poorly trained employees, lives without a system. I am 8 months pregnant and have been waiting for 1 hour to register, then I still don't know how long I will wait to get out of here.
Surreal. Worst place on the island. Last time I come here. I prefer to leave the island, I waste less time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive má experiência. Infelizmente realizei três exames de ultrassonografia neste estabelecimento. Atendimento péssimo no antigo endereço. Todas as vezes me ligaram para remarcar exame, além da demora para abrir agenda para marcar. A última vez que realizei exame, me ligaram remarcando um exame que demorou quase um mês para ser marcado um encaixe. No último dia que fui realizar o exame estava sem sistema, pediram para retornar na segunda, fiquei desde oito da manhã perturbando pra me atenderem por um exame que tem que ficar mendigando atenção. A atenção da médica 0. Faz o exame muito rápido, fui acompanhada do meu esposo e da minha filha, nem olhou pra trás pra quem estava comigo, ainda mais cômico perguntou se era meu primeiro filho, primeira coisa que fala é o sexo da criança, nem pergunta se eu quero saber ou se eu já sei, e se fosse chá revelação? E se eu não quisesse saber. Quase uma hora esperando para ser atendida em 5 min. A única coisa boa que tenho que falar é o atendimento que mudou para clínica nova. No novo endereço as atendentes são outro patamar de atendimento. Raiane e Priscila estão de parabéns! Único diferencial.

What if I didn't want to know. Almost an hour waiting to be answered in 5 min. The only good thing I have to say is the service that changed to a new clinic. At the new address, the attendants are another level of service. Raiane and Priscilla are to be congratulated! Single differential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, tive 3 experiências ruins. Como o plano só aceita este local mais próximo infelizmente tive que repetir outros exames. Na primeira vez desmacaram o exame várias vezes, da segunda marcaram 14:30 e fui atendida as 18:00 !
Hoje novamente marquei o exame para 15:30 e ontem me ligaram confirmando a consulta e afirmando que o horário era 14:30 e eu ainda reforcei tem certeza disso? Pois bem aqui estou no local e o horário realmente era 15:30 . Falta de respeito com o paciente e ainda por cima pacientes gestantes como eu, que não devem estar expostas em locais fechados com riscos de contaminação do covid19.
