Serviço excelente e muito rápido, já está incluso sabão e amaciante.
A roupa fica muito cheirosa e seca: geralmente não precisa, nem passar

Preço bom e ótima qualidade.
The service by Whatsapp is always fast and attentive, the clothes always arrive super fragrant, folded and in a very hygienic bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima experiência. Lugar rápido e prático para lavar e secar roupas. A máquina já possui dispenser automático de sabão e amaciante, e cabe bastante roupa. O local é pequeno, cheio, mas não tive problemas de espera (3 máquinas de lavar e 3 de secar, fui em uma segunda-feira no horário do almoço).
Great experience. Quick and convenient place to wash and dry clothes. The machine already has an automatic soap dispenser and fabric softener, and it fits a lot of clothes. The place is small, full, but I had no problems waiting (3 washing machines and 3 dryers, I went on a Monday at lunchtime).

O local é muito bem localizado, seguro e confortável (tem tomadas, tv e a temperatura é boa). Tudo limpo e organizado. Eles respondem sempre de forma rápida e atenciosa pelo Whatsapp. Recomendo 100%
Great laundry. The clothes are super fragrant, soft and clean. Both the dryer and washer work perfectly. The place is very well located, safe and comfortable (it has plugs, TV and the temperature is good). Everything clean and tidy. They always respond quickly and attentively through Whatsapp. I recommend 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você quiser praticidade eles tem. Já fui em outras Lavaterias em São Paulo mas o diferencial da Lavateria Fast Paraiso é que o atendimento deles é impecável! Em outras você não vê alguém para ajudar com as máquinas caso tenhamos dúvidas. Basta tocar o interfone e alguém desce para nos auxiliar da melhor maneira, nunca tive problemas com lavagens e nem secagens, super barato e rápido! Enquanto a máquina vai lavando/secando podemos ir comer algo e depois voltar sem problema algum, a tv a cabo, a internet gratuita e o atendimento faz todo um diferencial no estabelecimento! Ameiiiii e recomendo!!!!!
If you want practicality they have it. I've been to other Lavaterias in São Paulo but the difference at Lavateria Fast Paraiso is that their service is impeccable! In others you don't see someone to help with the machines if we have any questions. Just touch the intercom and someone comes down to help us in the best way, I never had problems with washing or drying, super cheap and fast! While the machine is washing/drying, we can go get something to eat and then come back without any problem, cable TV, free internet and service make all the difference in the establishment! I love it and recommend it!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom. Legal até para conhecer pessoas. Não há funcionários. É autosserviço mesmo. São 3 máquinas de lavar e 3 de secar. As máquinas levam 30 minutos para lavar e 45 minutos para secar. Você faz um cadastro rápido no totem onde também já faz o pagamento com cartão de crédito ou débito, liberando a sua máquina pelo número dela. Custa R$ 14,95 para lavar e o mesmo valor para secar (9/2/2022). O lugar é apertadinho. Há três assentos em uma longarina e mais dois banquinhos de madeira, televisão (o controle remoto fica à disposição dos clientes), tomadas elétricas e USB e dois balcões para você dobrar as suas roupas secas. O ciclo de 45 minutos para secar as roupas às vezes não é suficiente, dependendo do tipo e quantidade. A porta da rua fica aberta e o ambiente não é climatizado. É bem pertinho da Paulista. Recomendo!
Very good. Cool even to meet people. There are no employees. It's really self-service. There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. Machines take 30 minutes to wash and 45 minutes to dry. You make a quick registration at the totem where you also pay with a credit or debit card, releasing your machine by its number. It costs BRL 14.95 to wash and the same amount to dry (2/9/2022). The place is tight. There are three seats on a stringer and two more wooden stools, a television (the remote control is available to customers), electrical and USB sockets and two counters for you to fold your dry clothes. The 45 minute cycle to dry clothes is sometimes not enough, depending on the type and quantity. The front door is open and the environment is not air-conditioned. It is very close to Paulista. I recommend!

Sem atendente, as máquinas (lavar e secar), ficam à disposição dos clientes, que basta informar no totem, o número da máquina que irá utilizar e realizar o pagamento. O sistema utiliza cestos medidores (grandes, por sinal) e cobra um valor, justo, na minha opinião, de R$ 15,00 para lavar e R$ 15,00 (base abr/22) para secar, podendo ser utilizado somente para lavagem, como eu faço. A lavagem demora cerca de 30 minutos e a secagem, 45 minutos.
Automated laundry service. Without an attendant, the machines (washing and drying) are available to customers, who just need to inform the totem, the number of the machine they will use and make the payment. The system uses measuring baskets (large, by the way) and charges a fair value, in my opinion, of R$ 15.00 for washing and R$ 15.00 (base Apr/22) for drying, and can only be used for wash like i do. Washing takes about 30 minutes and drying 45 minutes.
