★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vale a pena! Serviço ruim, além da lavagem, paguei pela pré-lavagem, mas as camisas estavam com aquelas sujeiras na gola! Liguei para reclamar, não deixaram eu falar com a gerente e disseram que o serviço foi feito!
Not worth it! Bad service, plus the wash, paid for the pre-wash, but the shirts were with those dirt on the collar! I called to complain, they did not let me talk to the manager and they said the service was done!

It has self-service but the space to wait for the washing process is small. I found the price a little high, although it is more affordable than other laundries.

I recently moved to Brooklin and today was the first time that I used the Laundry. My experience was incredible, the value is super affordable and the service is impeccable, in addition to caring for all consumers, the service is very efficient. I will definitely come back every week!

The service is great and I was very well attended! I already used the service, but they always came to get the clothes here at my house. This time I went there and liked it! Met expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amei a experiencia. Lavar e secar as roupas sem nem ter que levar os produtos? E ainda os funcionários tiram da máquina pra colocar na secadora pra vce. É fantástico!
I loved the experience. Wash and dry clothes without even having to take the products? And even the employees take it from the machine to put it in the dryer for you. It's fantastic!

Expensive. I paid 290 reais to wash and dry 5 clothes machines. Paid 160 reais for the same self-service service at Lavô do itaim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today staff was amazing, they were very helpful. One thing to note is that you don't need your own detergent as they provide you with both detergent and fabric softner. It is different from the normal self service places I have been to as you just purchase a token at set price.
