Sempre gostei do atendimento e todos os vendodores sempre superavam no atendimento Cauê/ Gabriela e entre outros que sempre se envolviam em nossas compras.
Na semana recebi uma mensagem que Thamires me enviou dizendo que meu cartão fidelidade já podia compra mais uma ou duas calças que eu já ganharia a 3....
Já trocamos varias vezes!
Porém o péssimo atendimento da Thamires que de forma grosseira, apresentou e disse sem o cartão não podemos trocar e política... não sou um cliente que compra pontual, sim três vezes ao ano compramos 4 a 5 calças e roupas por compra.
Vou agora procurar sim outra Levis que nos atenda com padrão que estávamos acostumados.
Fiquem espertos com baixo número de faturamento.
Pois vou falar para todos que estão péssimos!

I am a customer of Levis (shop plaza Sul), practically 5 years.
I always liked the service and all the vendors always excelled in the Cauê / Gabriela service and among others that always got involved in our purchases.
The week I received a message that Thamires sent me saying that my loyalty card could already buy another one or two pants that I would already have won 3 ....
We have changed several times!
But the poor service of Thamires who roughly presented and said without the card we can not change and politics ... I am not a customer who purchases punctual, yes three times a year we buy 4 to 5 pants and clothes per purchase.
I will now look for another Levis that meets us by default we were accustomed to.
Be smart with low billing numbers.
Well, I'm going to tell everyone that they're terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ definitivamente minha loja da levi’s favorita. sempre sou muito bem atendida, chegando mal vestida ou não. funcionários solícitos e prestativos. sempre vão tentar achar uma alternativa pra te satisfazer. tiram suas dúvidas numa boa e pegam quantas peças forem precisas. os preços da marca realmente são caros, mas vale a pena investir devido à qualidade. amo muito a loja do plaza sul :)
definitely my favorite levi’s store. I am always very well attended, arriving poorly dressed or not. helpful and helpful staff. they will always try to find an alternative to satisfy you. take your doubts away and take as many pieces as needed. the brand's prices are really expensive, but it is worth investing due to the quality. love the plaza sul store :)
