★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá e uma mesa de 8 lugares. Paguei muito caro e tive muita dor de cabeça com problemas de qualidade dos móveis. A qualidade não condiz com o preço. O atendimento do gerente e vendedora no pós venda também deixou muito a desejar. Precisei ligar muito atrás da solução do problema do sofá e da mesa. Apesar das trocas continuo com problemas e já vejo um desgaste nos móveis. Sem dúvida não indico.
 I bought a sofa and an 8-seat table. I paid dearly and had a lot of headaches with furniture quality problems. Quality does not match price. The service of the manager and salesperson in the post-sale also left much to be desired. I had to call a lot behind the solution to the sofa and table problem. Despite the exchanges I still have problems and I already see wear on the furniture. I certainly do not indicate.

Esse vendedor me perguntou quanto eu queria gastar numa mesa e 4 cadeiras efalei...q gostaria de gastar 1.900,00...esse vendedor só faltou me por a ponta pés pra fora da loja...muito grosseiro em conduzir uma conversa...falta aptidão para este ser...
Precisa fazer uma reciclagem neste vendedor..
The store is very beautiful...but there's a seller I don't remember his name I think he's Silvio...he wears glasses...he must be about 60 years old and he's very rude.
This salesperson asked me how much I wanted to spend on a table and 4 chairs and I said...I would like to spend 1,900.00...this salesperson just tiptoed me out of the store...very rude to conduct a conversation. ..lacks aptitude for this being...
Need to do a recycling at this seller...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, objetivo, de encontro com o que eu realmente precisava, diferente de outras lojas que ficam te enrolando hrs, te mostrando coisas que vc não esta interessado em comprar. Vendedora Camila super gentil e profissional ... Me informaram 10 dias para entrega e recebi meu produto em 3 dias ... Em fim NOTA 1000! Com ctz voltarei a comprar nessa loja.
Excellent service, objective, meeting what I really needed, unlike other stores that keep rolling you for hours, showing you things that you are not interested in buying. Super kind and professional seller Camila... They informed me 10 days for delivery and I received my product in 3 days... In order NOTE 1000! With ctz I will buy from this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionadíssimo , joguei meu dinheiro fora , qualidade horrível , paguem um pouquinho a mais mas comprem em outra loja , em 1 ano e meio com o sofá ao sentar vc já sente a madeira , a sustentação de trás entortou sem a gente entende , somos APENAS eu e minha esposa e um bb de 1 ano e meio, quase nunca recebemos visita ainda mais por conta da pandemia , só usamos ele a noite e fim de semana por conta do trabalho . Resumidamente ..Estamos arrependido
I'm very disappointed , I threw my money away , horrible quality , pay a little extra but buy it at another store , in 1 year and a half with the sofa when you sit you already feel the wood , the back support bent without us understanding , we are JUST me and my wife and a bb of 1 year and a half, we almost never receive visits even more because of the pandemic, we only use it at night and weekends because of work. Briefly..We are sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda a experiência que tivemos com eles foi decepcionante!
Foram necessárias pelo menos 3 trocas do sofá, até um que atendesse ao que havíamos adquirido. A primeira vez o sofá veio com cor errada, e nas demais o sofá veio com estrutura torta e tecido danificado.
Fizemos a compra no início de Junho/2020 e esse último entregue foi em Novembro/2020.
Achávamos que com esse último entregue, não teríamos mais problemas. Depois de poucos dias de uso, cedeu a estrutura e tiveram que trocar os rodízios por outros mais resistentes.
Desde o começo de uso, ele faz muitos barulhos ao sentarmos/levantarmos. Esse problema resolvemos não “reclamar” pois já estávamos desgastados com tantos outros transtornos que tivemos com eles.
E agora, com somente 1 ano e 02 meses de uso no total, a estrutura despregou. Ou seja, não conseguimos fechar toda a parte retrátil dele.
Resumindo, estamos arrependidos por termos realizado essa compra!
The whole experience we had with them was disappointing!
It took at least 3 exchanges of the sofa, until one that met what we had purchased. The first time the sofa came with the wrong color, and the others the sofa came with a crooked structure and damaged fabric.
We made the purchase at the beginning of June/2020 and the last one delivered was in November/2020.
We thought that with this last one delivered, we wouldn't have any more problems. After a few days of use, the structure gave way and they had to change the casters for more resistant ones.
Since the beginning of use, it makes a lot of noise when we sit/stand up. This problem we decided not to “complain” because we were already worn out with so many other inconveniences we had with them.
And now, with only 1 year and 02 months of use in total, the structure came off. That is, we were not able to close the entire retractable part of it.
In short, we are sorry we made this purchase!
