★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja totalmente sem compromisso com os clientes. Muito cuidado ao comprar lá, caso seu produto tenha de vir de outro lugar é cuidado com os prazos de entregas absurdos, que eles não dizem no início. Estou a quase 3 meses esperando minhas compras
Shop totally without commitment to customers. Be very careful when buying there, if your product has to come from somewhere else, beware of the absurd delivery times, which they don't say at the beginning. I've been waiting for my purchases for almost 3 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Fiz uma compra de um guarda roupa dia 06/08/20 e até hoje 29/10/20 não recebi ja fui lá várias vezes e sempre dão a mesma desculpa que vai chegar semana que vem e foi por causa da pandemia etc. Ja pedi cancelamento e também não recebi meu estorno até agora.
Terrible. I made a purchase for a wardrobe on 06/08/20 and until today 10/29/20 I haven't received it since I went there several times and they always give the same excuse that will arrive next week and it was because of the pandemic etc. I have already requested cancellation and I have not received my refund until now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência zero com essa loja. Fizemos uma compra dia 08/09/2020, o proprietário da loja muito gentil, mas no entanto cumprir prazo não existe. Compra parcelada em 6x e já foram pagas 3, e eles estão sempre dando desculpas. Em momento nenhum entram em contato com o cliente para dar um parecer. Temos que ficar correndo atrás como se estivéssemos pedindo favor. Loja TOTALMENTE SEM RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR. NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM.
Zero experience with this store. We made a purchase on 08/09/2020, the store owner is very kind, but nevertheless there is no deadline. Purchase in installments in 6x and 3 have already been paid, and they are always making excuses. At no time do they contact the customer to give an opinion. We have to go after it as if we were asking for favor. Shop TOTALLY WITHOUT RESPECT FOR THE CONSUMER. DO NOT INDICATE TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 4 cadeiras da base giratória da marca diplomata no dia 26/10/20, na loja LM INTERERIORES demorou pra chegar por conta da pandemia mas em fim fui pego de surpresa hoje 20/04/21 com o entregador que ligou dizendo que já estava no caminho para realizar a entrega das cadeiras. Fiquei muito satisfeito com as cadeiras, a qualidade e o acabamento, tanto a loja quanto a fábrica estão de parabéns.
I bought 4 chairs from the diplomat's revolving base on 10/26/20, at the LM INTERERIORES store it took a while to arrive due to the pandemic but in the end I was caught by surprise today 4/20/21 with the delivery man who called saying that I was already on the way to deliver the chairs. I was very satisfied with the chairs, the quality and the finish, both the store and the factory are to be congratulated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja comprei por produto novo e mandaram de mostruário cheio de avarias. Tentei resolver para efetuar a troca, mas o responsável só enrolando e não trocou os produtos. Solicitei o estorno do cartão e não tive o retorno até agora!
Nunca mais compro nem indico a ninguém essa PÉSSIMA LOJA!!!
Bad store bought for new product and they sent a sample full of breakdowns. I tried to decide to make the exchange, but the person in charge just rolled up and didn't exchange the products. I requested a refund of the card and I haven't had the return until now!
I never buy or refer anyone to this BAD STORE!!!

Entregadores muito simpáticos e ainda montaram a mesa
Quando vi os comentários negativos confesso q deu um medo, más minha experiência com todos os funcionários foi ótima .

Comprei uma mesa e bufê. Dia 03)06 e hj é 10/ 08 e ainda não tenho previsão de entrega.
São uns irresponsáveis. Não tem nem aí pra os clientes. Acho que temos que fazer um protesto em frente dessa loja. Pra chamar a atenção da autoridades.
