I thank you for all the attention and service from everyone in the store, I spent hours looking at everything and I was indecisive in what to take and they were extremely kind! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao fazer a leitura das avaliações, fiquei super animada. Devido a pandemia x minha idade, estou impossibilitada de recorrer a atendimento presencial. Tentei comprar pelo Site, não consegui. A configuração desfavorece a busca cuidadosa. Por último, recorri ao telefone, no atendimento me passaram o número do ZAP. Porém, ninguém disse que para o estabelecimento, é desinteressante os clientes 'pequenos"... Falei com três pessoas, inclusive pelo telefone, reforçando a vontade de ser atendida pelo ZAP. A loja em troca, ofereceu-me desrespeito, desconsideração, desatenção. Experiência DESAGRADABILISSIMA . Meu conselho: Desabilitem o modo atendimento via ZAP. É muito feio ignorar as pessoas.
When reading the reviews, I was super excited. Due to the pandemic x my age, I am unable to resort to face-to-face care. I tried to buy on the Site, I couldn't. The configuration does not favor careful searching. Finally, I went to the phone, they gave me the ZAP number at the service. However, no one said that for the establishment, 'small' customers are uninteresting... I spoke with three people, including on the phone, reinforcing the desire to be served by ZAP. The store, in return, offered me disrespect, disregard, inattention DISAGRADABILISSIMA EXPERIENCE My advice: Disable the service mode via ZAP It's very ugly to ignore people.
