★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro demais os produtos, a metodologia de venda é péssima, o vendedor deve ter a obrigação de ficar em cima. Muito chato isso. O comprador deve se sentir confortável na loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja de games, com uma grande variedade de produtos. Acabei de comprar o Rise of Tomb Raider para o Xbox One e tinha vários títulos dos mais antigos aos lançamentos. Preço normal para os novos, mas tem os usados que ajudam bastante (e normalmente são ótimos jogos também). Aceita jogos para troca. Com boa localização e segurança.
Great game store, with a wide variety of products. I just bought Rise of Tomb Raider for Xbox One and had several titles from older to new releases. Normal price for new ones, but there are used ones that help a lot (and they are usually great games too). Accepts games for exchange. With good location and security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é ótima, mas o contato por telefone ou whats é impossível... precisava confirmar se eles tem um jogo pro dias das crianças antes de me deslocar até lá e não consigo contato de forma alguma. Pedi o telefone pelo atendimento do shopping, me passaram o whats, mas eles nao respondem...
The store is great, but contact by phone or whats is impossible ... I needed to confirm that they have a game for the children's days before I go there and I can't get in touch at all. I asked for the phone for the shopping center, they gave me the whats, but they don't answer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero colocar aqui a minha grande insatisfação com o atendimento e trato com o Cliente na Loja do Eldorado. Comprei um headset na loja no dia 01/12/2019 e ao chegar em casa vi que o som estava invertido. Fui ate loja uma semana depois (08/12/2019) para saber se poderiam trocar e para minha surpresa, pelo fato de existir um problema com o headset, so poderia trocar pelo mesmo produto. Perguntei se poderiam trocar por um controle de xbox que custa o dobro do preço e a resposta que tive foi que nao poderia trocar.
O que me deixa mais indignado é que o mesmo falou que so poderia trocar se tivesse ganho de presente. Pergunta: qual a diferenca entre eu comprar e trocar e ganhar de presente e troca?
Nao comprem nesta loja. Atendimento péssimo por parte do responsavel da mesma.
I want to put here my great dissatisfaction with the service and deal with the Customer in the Eldorado Store. I bought a headset at the store on 12/1/2019 and upon arriving home saw that the sound was reversed. I went to the store a week later (08/12/2019) to find out if they could exchange and to my surprise, because there is a problem with the headset, could only exchange for the same product. I asked if they could trade for an xbox control that costs twice the price and the answer I got was that it couldn't trade.
What makes me more angry is that he said that he could only change if he had won as a gift. Question: What is the difference between buying and exchanging and getting a gift and exchange?
Don't buy at this store. Bad service by the responsible of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um PS4 nesta loja que segundo o vendedor estava mais barato pelo motivo da caixa ter sido aberta por quem havia desistido da compra, depois de umas semanas vi que o controle estava usado nitidamente há bastante tempo, estava com o código de barras atrás todo descascado e o PS4 dando alguns problemas, não indico
