O pós venda não retorna, e a vendedora não te atende.
Outro problema e a emissão da nota fiscal, somente com muita insistência ela será emitida, caso contrário eles não emitem.
Após a reclamação entraram em contato, e o problema foi solucionado hoje 22/10 com a entrega das cadeiras na cor escolhida.
A Camila do pós Venda e a Flavia foram atenciosas e resolveram o problema

No momento da compra, a vendedora Simone me garantiu que a minha mesa e cadeiras chegariam até o dia 20/11/20, com grandes possibilidades de chegarem antes (a compra foi feita em 27/09/20). No dia 20/11 nada chegou e não recebi nenhum contato da loja, acionei a Simone que me informou que na verdade o prazo era de 45 dias úteis e que ainda estava no prazo, mas que não passaria disso. Ontem fizeram 45 dias úteis (02/12/20) e nada da mesa e cadeiras, acionei a Simone novamente e agora a fala é que houve um atraso dos fornecedores e nenhum prazo de entrega foi dado, estou acionando todos os dias, tentei várias vezes contato com o SAC e nada, nada de resposta, nada de prazo. Acho um grande desrespeito isso, no momento da venda mil promessas são feitas e depois disso, nenhum retorno, nenhum cumprimento de prazo, um desgaste que não aconselho para ninguém.

I think it is a great disrespect for that, at the time of the sale, a thousand promises are made and after that, no return, no meeting of deadlines, a wear that I would not advise anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem com o prazo! 70 dias para entrega de um sofá, e a cada dia que passa me dão outro prazo. São desculpas atrás de desculpas. Culpam a transportadora. Pelo valor pago pelo sofá, deveriam ir buscar lá no Sul e me entregar em casa! Não recomendo a loja a NINGUEM!
Don't meet the deadline! 70 days for delivery of a sofa, and every day that goes by they give me another deadline. It's excuse after excuse. Blame the carrier. For the amount paid for the sofa, they should go get it there in the South and deliver me at home! I don't recommend the store to ANYONE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja bonita! Fomos logo atendidos, vendedora muito atenciosa, logo veio a gerente também nos atender. As duas muito atenciosas, educadas e preocupadas em nos oferecer a melhor mesa e cadeiras que ficaria confortável no nosso espaço. Elas mediam, carregavam as cadeiras, enfim não mediram esforços para satisfazer a nossa procura.
Recebemos tudo dentro do prazo, a loja nos avisou um dia antes e 15 minutos antes da chegada. Tudo bem embalado, e os dois rapazes que realizaram a entrega , muito atenciosos e educados. Feliz com os meus móveis. Obrigada pela atenção!
