★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accidentally left my sunglasses inside the car. When I came back to the store to get them, they were gone. Apparently, somebody liked them as much as I did. Staff was rude and not willing to help at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organised, difficult to find in a confusing shopping mall. On the 4th floor. Ramon gave a wonderful upgrade and was very professional. Free coffee which is a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, employees are very welcoming and speak a good English. However, not so easy to access. Take the elevator to L4 in the shopping mall and then ask someone how to go to Movida, otherwise it can take a long time to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Their service and computers were broken and really slow. We waited for 1h45, they spent around 30 min per person. But most incredible: we had the Brazilian ID + CPF and a copy of the Brazilian passport but they refused to give the car because my partner have his international driving licence. We tried with my European passport + ID + copy of driving license and still impossible. Of course, it was written nowhere so we only took with us the documents we needed. They were extremely not empathetic and after spending 3h there, we had to cancel our holidays. A nightmare, completely nonsense and kind of illegal.
