★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone... a internet cai e NAO EXISTE SUPORTE 24h Como toda prestadora tem.. vc chama nos telefones (whatsapp) eles as vezes nem olham o que vc manda . Ignoram o cliente. Antes não tinha nada disso. Era SUPER ATENCIOSOS com o cliente.. Não sei pq mudaram essa postura. Quem mora no Jardim Liberdade fica refém deles por não ter outras opções. Isso é muito triste.
They don't answer the phone... the internet goes down and THERE IS NO 24/7 SUPPORT As every provider has... you call on the phones (whatsapp) they sometimes don't even look at what you send. They ignore the customer. Before, there was none of that. He was SUPER CAREFUL with the customer.. I don't know why they changed that attitude. Those who live in Jardim Liberdade are held hostage by them because they have no other options. This is very sad.
