★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bando de filhos da **** Minha gata faleceu porque nao estavam tratando como deveria, ela estava com hepatite, mandaram internar ficou meses e davam somente soro, e pediam pra dar frango desfiado, nem sequer recomendaram uma alimentação específica que depois descobri pelo YouTube onde consegui salvar meu outro gato que foi internado junto com ela com o mesmo problema... Foi um patê chamado A/D . As veterinarias la não recomendavam nada!!!! Com tantos produtos para tratamentos e sequer me recomendavam, falavam pra alimenta-la com frango desfiado!!!! Eles não conseguiam comer por vontade própria! Tita que força-los, percebi que eu estava alimentando eles sozinha quando ia vê-Los no horário do meu almoço. E todos os dias que chegava para visita-Los estavam piores ... Esse Marcelo é incompetente e sua equipe também e não foi só comigo com outroas amigas que me relataram ter tido atendimento parecido e seus pets também faleceram por FALTA DE CUIDADO ESPECÍFICO E de COMPETÊNCIA! Se você precisa levar seu per pra uma clonica 24 hrs e/ou interna-lo NAO LEVE NESSA CLINICA, ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO E SÃO INCOMPETENTES!. Me faz duvidar se são veterinários mesmo!!!!
Bunch of sons of **** My cat died because they weren't being treated as she should, she had hepatitis, they sent her to hospital for months and only gave her serum, and they asked to give her shredded chicken, they didn't even recommend a specific food that I later discovered on YouTube where I managed to save my other cat who was hospitalized with her with the same problem... It was a pâté called A/D . The vets there didn't recommend anything!!!! With so many products for treatments and they didn't even recommend me, they told me to feed her with shredded chicken!!!! They couldn't eat of their own accord! Tita who forces them, I realized that I was feeding them alone when I went to see them at my lunch break. And every day I arrived to visit them they were worse... This Marcelo is incompetent and so is his team and it wasn't just me with other friends who reported having had similar care and their pets also died for LACK OF SPECIFIC CARE AND COMPETENCE! If you need to take your dog to a 24-hour clinic and/or hospitalize it DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS CLINIC, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!. Makes me doubt if they are even vets!!!!
